Pros
Analytics in this tool are more or less clear and easy to understand.
Cons
Customer service is lacking and sophisticated coding is not guided or supervised. Also I noticed there are no automated reports.

“Tracking ad performance with it is easy
Pros
We were able to meet most of our goals as a full mailing platform without needing extra IT or product design staff. It lets us provide precise, detailed info to our clients so they can make smart choices about which publications and days work best. Sailthru is super helpful because we do a lot of reviewing.
Cons
It is great for anyone needing detailed and accurate reports for clients or teammates. But it is less useful if you want engagement and interaction data since we usually have to use OpenX for that.

Pros
Sailthru is a great platform for email marketing and automation with advanced analytics. We can build email templates easily using drag and drop. The platform supports dynamic email content and the user interface is great.
Cons
Customer support takes longer than usual to solve our issues. There are limited conditions for list segmentation. The email template builder is poor.

Pros
Really an advanced software. We use it to send personalized emails to many lists based on interests. The analytics really help us understand our audience with detailed info.
Cons
There is a bigger learning curve here since there is a lot to learn. The UI could use updates and I would like to be able to sort by lists.

“Amazing platform though customer support could be better
Pros
Overall I am happy with the product but the customer service is pretty bad. The interface is the best part, it is very simple and easy to learn. The analytics available are really good too.
Cons
Thier customer service is pretty poor. If they improved that they would have a great product. Unfortunately I would say their poor support really lets them down.

Pros
User interface is really simple and easy to use. The formatting looks good with charts and graphs included. It gives better results to us when it comes to analytics and content management.
Cons
Customer support is okay but delayed when getting reports for issues. They need to add filters like date created, modified, newest etc for finding old records.

Pros
This software lets our company manage all our newsletters across different properties and is very flexible in segmenting our lists. It has also helped improve send rates and reduce deliverability issues with email providers. Their customer service knows what they are doing and often runs webinars to help optimize and use their features better.
Cons
The double verification to sign in can be annoying. I am also not sure if the heatmap clicks data is always 100% accurate.

“Disappointed with product reliability and customer support
Pros
I have nothing really worth sharing here.
Cons
Its feature set is very good, things like split testing transactional emails, intuitive email nudges, personalized send times etc. But we have had almost constant reliability and bug issues: uploads/downloads getting stuck, reports not running right, subject line code errors and two occasions where we couldn't send campaigns for 2 to 3 days. That is a deal breaker for me. Plus they don't seem to see it as a problem and are not willing to work with you on it. Sometimes support takes a week to respond.
