Simple start, great support

Pros

Getting started is pretty simple and when it's not, the help you get is outstanding. You have a direct contact for support so anything you need during setup and afterward is handled speedily. As a business resource, it's incredibly valuable. It's helped us gain insights from data we've always wanted to use allowing us to improve our customer database and our sales approach. I'd definitely suggest it.

Cons

Right now their activity logs show the day and date. Adding the specific time of day would be a very helpful upgrade.

Better lead sorting

Pros

We've combined our customer data with website visitor behavior to improve how we rank our prospects. The system is very adaptable and has gotten even better since we started, giving us what we need to sort our leads much more effectively. The website visit tracking is solid and we can easily assign scores and labels which is vital in a fast-moving setting.

Cons

The system is powerful but required a few tweaks to fit our specific workflow. The team has been excellent at listening to our suggestions and improving the product in a short period. If your requirements are very complex, you might need to use SOQL though not every company will need that. There are a few data points I wish were included automatically instead of having to define them manually in our marketing platform but I know the team is also looking into those.

great tracking but weak lead search

Pros

This platform is very simple to set up and operate. The tracking functions perfectly. We collect more detailed information through this tool than with others we use and its connection to Salesforce is a major help.

Cons

Search function for finding leads in the main dashboard could be more effective.

Helpful labeling

Pros

The labeling function is a huge help and the link with our marketing platform has let us enhance our automated follow-up with leads. New custom fields have really upgraded the system and the assistance from the support team has been top-notch.

Cons

Connecting the platform to Salesforce was a technical process that needed help from their team. This isn't a complaint as they provided incredible support. We haven't started using the email notifications for our staff yet, I'm curious to learn more about what we can do with that feature.

Useful data, easy after learning curve

Pros

All the information the platform gave us after setup was incredibly useful. It took a short while to learn but once we understood it, the system was simple. Working with their team was a fantastic experience.

Cons

We previously had a problem where we were unable to remove or combine duplicate leads in Salesforce. An error message pointed to the integration. After we updated to the newest version, the issue was completely resolved.

effortless to install

Pros

Installation is simple (really simple), and you can view information immediately. I love the labeling feature which we use to build a complete picture of every interaction a prospect has. The Salesforce link is smooth and comes with some excellent ready-made reports. I'm excited to try out their lead scoring feature.

Cons

The system for scoring leads isn't as adaptable as I'd prefer especially when I compare it to other platforms. I haven't explored their new "fit scoring" feature yet so that might solve my need. The user interface could use some polish, like a search bar and better options for organizing labels and segments. However they release updates and fixes so often that I'm confident these will be added. I'm just being picky, there's nothing I truly dislike.

Pros

The system is very simple to operate. I get immediate alerts when someone is browsing my site and can see which pages they are viewing.

Cons

Nothing it's an ideal fit for our needs. My one small wish is that it could still connect with LinkedIn like it did in the past.

Live Salesforce data works perfectly

Pros

Live data works perfectly with the Salesforce connection. It's very simple to use and was a snap to set up.

Cons

When I first set up the connection with Salesforce, the lead score data was only visible on a specific page and couldn't be used in reports. A fast call to their help desk got the problem sorted out quickly. I was very pleased.

Excellent prospect insights

Pros

This platform proved to be an excellent method for understanding our prospects actions. Adding the code was fast and we were live almost immediately. We use the data as a core part of our process for finding new customers. The information syncs with our marketing tool and the moment it identifies strong purchase signals and marks a lead as hot, it creates a sales opportunity. This lets us reach out to people in a very precise and prompt way, a capability usually only available to big corporations, not smaller, expanding companies like ours.
