Pros

Love the usability. Not much training or experience required to navigate the app, basic functions work fine.

Cons

Does not have enough built-in specialized apps. Not at all intuitive. Support is hit and miss at best. Grammatical errors in pop-ups and notifications all over the app. Needs some serious improvements.

Pros

The software is simple and does what it says. No extra workarounds or learning curve, you can easily set it up and connect it to any devices/screens. Uploading playlists and scheduling content are done in a matter of minutes. The support staff is very prompt to respond and never disappoints.

Cons

The content scheduling functionality is a lifesaver but I wish they would allow us to schedule for more than a week and for there to be expiry date option for content so we dont have to manually delete it every time.

I love the ease of use Screencloud offers. it is highly adaptable and enables us to broadcast safety-related information among different departments in our company and to put out announcements for sales and HR departments.

Could use steady and consistent updates for adding new content. Some apps could use better functionality.

Great for teams with busy schedules, you can line up content days in advance within a matter of minutes. A number of devices are supported with no extra hassle, changing screens is very easily accomplished at any time.

iPad compatibility is not great, content can be removed from the browser but not added from the iPad.

Very remote and easy to use anywhere from a browser, compatible with my devices and almost never glitches. you can add and remove content very easily. Especially love how it caches the playlists and keep running the programs even if there a power outage.

I have been using Screencloud for a few years and now I absolutely love the ease it offers. The pricing packages give this software a significant advantage over its rivals. Some great native apps are offered.

I wish it offered some more elaborate functions with Office 365.
