I wish they offered a mobile app to make sharing content on the go easier. Cannot log in to the webpage and share it on tv screen.

The product has an amazing user-friendly interface which makes navigation and accomplishing tasks extremely easy and quick.
Cons
Creating templates is a slightly complicated process. There are a few more limitations but no major drawback so we are satisfied.

My assigned rep is such a courteous and helpful person to work with. We are entirely pleased with how well they work with us when we have a device go down.You can set up multiple users so management of different venues is a breeze. Shipping is incredibly fast.
Cons
Can be a little pricey if you use a lot of boards.

Love the versatility. You have the liberty to make changes to ensure your work process is easier and smooth. Especially love all the cool widgets such as social media feeds, weather updates etc.

We had never used digital signage before SmartSign and even then this platform made it so easy for us to set up and get started within no time with the help of their amazing customer service. The software is efficient and adaptable, uploading the signs is really simple and quick
Cons
There is no option to center and line up texts from different areas of a page easier than it is.

The software offers a great level of flexibility letting me control my signage content remotely.The additional features (like live google maps traffic) are great and impress my clients. No need for the hassle of manual updates.
Cons
Content management is good but the file storage and order could be better. It would be better if there was a dedicated file manager where you could view and delete duplicate files.

It is really to transform our vision into content with the amazing tools this platform has to offer. Very useful tool when adding a new group. Broadcasting events and achievements is really easy with SmartSign.
Cons
sometimes the screens take a while to update the changes made in the system. Can be overwhelming sometimes because of the many pages because of poor grouping.
