“Powerful platform connections
Pros
Its amazing how many platforms it connects with in one place, like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn and more.
Cons
it can get pretty expensive once you start adding Premium elements. For a smaller company, the cost can climb very quickly.

“great tool!
Pros
One of the best parts of TapClicks has been how deeply it integrates with everything we need, along with the high level of customer service we've received.
Cons
Even with a very capable analytics specialist on our team, there was still a bit of a learning curve at the beginning. That said customer support was helpful and worked with her through it.

“Broken connections and awful support
Pros
There wasn't a single part of working with them that I could say was positive. I hated the entire experience especially because the connections kept breaking constantly. On top of that, they lock you into a long-term contract and even when the platform doesn't work, there's basically nothing you can do about it.
Cons
Honestly I disliked every part of it. The service was unbelievably bad, their response time was painfully slow and the data connections failed most of the time. Beyond that, the feature set felt very limited and didn't offer much capability.

“Instant and accurate reporting
Pros
I use the platform regularly for my projects and client data tracking and it gives me accurate results right away which saves me a lot of time.

One feature they could add would be the ability to share rooms with other users and transfer data remotely.

“Months of setup, still inaccurate
Pros
On paper, it comes with a broad set of features and integrations that should make it a really strong solution.
Cons
Getting the specific reporting we needed for multi-channel marketing campaigns turned out to be far more difficult than expected even after nearly six months of help from it's customer success team. Despite all the time, calls and effort invested, the data was still inaccurate in the end.

“Flexible reporting that delivers
Pros
The biggest advantage of this software is how flexible it is. It gives us the option to build custom reports based on each client's services, platforms and other specifics. That matters a lot for our team because it helps us make better recommendations around budget, strategy and overall planning.
Cons
Having to search for a client's reporting dashboard every single time the page is opened is annoying. If I click the back button, it takes me all the way out and I have to start over and search for the dashboard again. That part can definitely be annoying.

“good marketing insights
Pros
It gives a lot of flexibility and can be used for different kinds of work, from researching what audiences are interested in on social media posts to analyzing campaigns across digital platforms. The support team is also worth mentioning as a real plus. That said it still makes investing in digital marketing feel very worthwhile and appealing.
Cons
The part I don't enjoy is the interface which feels somewhat inefficient. It can also be slow at times and the process tends to restart unpredictably on occasion.

“Powerful connector options
Pros
We mainly rely on it as a connector for Google Data Studio and that's been a big advantage for us when building dashboards. It helps us pull in third-party, non-Google data much more effectively which is really valuable. Another strong point is the wide range of available connectors, with 250+ options to work with.
Cons
I'd really like the ability to customize the "channels" grouping as an add-on to the current subscription. There are also a few issues with some channel connectors such as not displaying spend for each platform within the connector. On top of that, spend and impression numbers are often a little different from what we see directly in the platforms although the gap is usually small. TapClicks also still doesn't offer a TikTok ads connector.

“broken promises
Pros
After the acquisition that was meant to bring over AdStage's unique strengths, the advantages have basically flipped. It's pretty obvious that a lean, well-designed platform was pushed into something much more bloated.
Cons
Customer support has been disappointing and the founders seem to have left their early users behind, including people like me who were part of the beta launch. Even worse, there seems to be very little integrity in how they handled the merger especially around the promise to migrate data from AdStage to TapClicks. I was told my data would be transferred and that never happened. On top of that, jumping from $99/month to $499/month does not feel fair at all.

“Flexible widgets and data views

“good reporting and automation
Pros
The best thing about this software is being able to use spreadsheets to connect all kinds of raw data, plus build custom channels and algorithms to display the information the way I need. The flexibility around creating and scheduling reports is really helpful because it lets me stay focused on other work while clients automatically get their marketing performance reports.
Cons
There are still a number of data limitations, mostly coming from the providers which can make very specialized reports harder to show properly. Because of that, every so often we still have to log into the individual platforms to pull additional details.

Pros
Biggest plus for me is how flexible the platform is and how many different reporting channels it supports. On top of that, the customer care has been exceptional which makes the overall experience even better.

“Helpful reporting dashboard
Pros
Great having a dashboard where I could review the performance of geo-fencing campaigns managed by another agency we partnered with. It was also useful that I could export the reports from the dashboard into Excel files.
Cons

“Clear widgets and centralized reporting
Pros
Compared to how we used to build client reports in Word, this feels like a huge step forward. It puts campaign data from different platforms into one place so finding what I need is much more simple. The widgets are clean, simple to assemble and even handle the calculations for me which saves a lot of time.
Cons
I'd really like the option to copy report sections directly from the dashboard. Having to save them to the library first adds an extra step that slows the process down. A lot of sections in my reports use the same information with only different titles or angles so duplicating a widget and then moving it into another section ends up being pretty time-consuming.

“Monthly issues hurt reporting
Pros
Having a quick way to check things is really convenient. The dashboards are also simple and easy to follow but the platform feels very basic overall.
Cons
On the downside, new problems seem to come up every month and the software generally does not work well with integrations. It takes a lot of troubleshooting and things constantly stop functioning. Right now, for instance, I can't view my Facebook posts or ads as images. The reporting tools are not especially useful either.

“Frequent data issues and weak support
Pros
Being able to build an integrated marketing report that brings all of our client efforts together in one place is really nice. It's also helpful that we can create custom dashboards so clients can log in and view their own data.
Cons
Unfortunately, the platform has technical problems far too often. The data mismatches between this software and sources like Google and Facebook are unacceptable especially since we depend on TapClicks to be accurate. Having to constantly verify TapClicks numbers against Google or Facebook wastes a lot of time and the customer service has been disappointing too.

“All data in one hub!
Pros
Having all the different data sources brought together in a single place is a big advantage.
Cons
A few important dimensions are still missing, while some others that don't add much value are included. It would be a lot better if each administrator could choose which dimensions stay active and turn off the rest. There's also an ongoing issue with the GEO maps, they keep zooming out even when a specific country is selected or they jump to a completely unrelated location. We also ran into serious problems with the Smart Connectors although with support from the technical team and our success manager, those were eventually resolved after about a month and a half.

Pros
It has been a really strong option for getting deeper visibility into marketing performance. The setup process was fairly simple and the interface is well designed which makes it simple to locate the exact information or datasets you need.
