Pros

I have been using it less than six months. It's easy to implement but it's tough to raise your feedback score when you start near the industry average (3.6 for me). It's respected by many and recognized by most organizations, which is important if you sell on your own website.

Cons

I am aware that there are some individuals on it that purchase positive reviews on Fiverr and other platforms.
