“Best at providing leads and tracking visitors
Pros
They provide us with the best leads so our team is able to connect with genuine customers who want to do business. With a large user base it's sooo beneficial for us. We get all the details whenever someone visits our website, which makes it so much easier for us to reach out. The leads are always relevant and saves us time and helps our business grow quickly. The setup process is fast and the staff is always polite and helpful, making it easier for us to succeed. They always provide leads tailored to our requirements.
Cons
There's really nothing much to complain about. We have not faced any problems or issues that have left us feeling disappointed.

“A solid foundation to begin with
Pros
We are just starting to establish our CRM system and there is some resistance internally. VQ makes it easy to start small and show the value of the process in a way that encourages participation. I have worked with several CRM platforms before but VQ has been the best in terms of facilitating engagement.
Cons
While VQ does a great job of tracking the activities of specific site visitors, the inability to identify individuals based on any criteria makes it fall short of being perfect.

“Easy tracking of website visitors
Pros
VQ provides great warm leads for B2B companies. It's easy to use, integrates smoothly with Google Analytics and gives us leads almost immediately. It has helped us convert some warm leads into actual business. It's also a great way to see which companies are visiting our website.
Cons
I wish it could tell you exactly who visited. It only tracks businesses that visit and since Google Analytics doesn't track when a visitor hits the site, it can't track time on single page sites.

This is great as a starting point for analyzing activity on our site and managing lead generation.
Cons
It could be a bit more feature rich I think but considering the price, it's not bad.

Pros
The platform is easy to integrate with Google Analytics and pulls lead data directly. However in India, the database for companies is smaller so sometimes it lacks detailed information.
Cons
Overall it is a nice software service. The only thing I didn't like was that it doesn't pull complete details.

This software is very userfriendly. I can quickly log in and see which companies have visited our website and where they came from. From a marketing standpoint, this helps me understand which sources and channels are performing well. It's also useful to see how many times someone has visited our site and which pages they have viewed.
Cons

“Works exactly as promised
Pros
Visitor Queue is great for capturing a similar number of leads as other competitors. I appreciate that it provides complete data on the customers and key contacts without requiring additional purchases. The social media integration is a nice touch and I'm happy with the daily lead reports we get. This will be a great addition to our lead generation activities.
Cons
We're looking forward to a few enhancements in the software like Industry Queues, which will allow us to assign leads to the relevant salesperson based on industry, streamlining the process and actionable webpage links for easier understanding of the pages viewed by prospects.

So far so good. It's easy to use and it prompts me to look at the companies visiting our website. It's very effective and definitely the most affordable option. The setup was simple and the ability to take notes makes it a one stop shop for our marketing needs.
Cons
A lot of ISP companies are listed, but with your software, we can just hide them, which is helpful.
