Saves me a lot of time on socials

Pros

What I really like about Vista Social is that I can easily invite team members and assign them specific roles to create and manage content. If you are a social media manager looking for a one stop platform to schedule and post updates this is perfect for you. Also it is highly recommended for teams and freelancers who need to stay organized and save time.

Cons

As a new user I noticed there is a bit of a learning curve involved at the start but everything becomes simple once I get the hang of it.

Useful but the layout needs improvement

Pros

The AI assistant is amazing. It allows me to tweak the tone, use different formats, apply our brand voice and even schedule posts in bulk. Also I find it so easy to use. Plus there is a feature where you can set the target country and gender when posting, just like you would for ads. Overall it is such a powerful tool.

Cons

It is not the most user friendly and I think improving the navigation and overall ease of use could make a big difference.

It is a complete package!

Pros

I love managing all my social accounts from one central dashboard. I use it to schedule posts, reply to comments and track analytics. Also the platform is clean, user-friendly and the pricing is more affordable than other tools I have tried.

Cons

One thing that frustrated me was the long time it took to connect a Facebook account. As it would be much better if the connection process was quicker and smoother.

Simplifies everything

Pros

The best things about it is that I can schedule posts and manage multiple profiles which makes everything so much easier.

Cons

It took me a little while to get the hang of the platform but once I figured it out, it became really easy to use.

Helps with the basics

Pros

One-stop solution for my socials

Pros

The dashboard is so easy to use which allows me to switch between tasks without any hassle. Also the reporting feature is proven to be a huge plus for our company as it provides clear and detailed layouts that are very helpful.

It's got everything I need

Pros

From the moment we connect our first social account, everything is integrated into one dashboard. It gives us different options based on platforms like Facebook page, profile, group and lets us delegate tasks to our team. Also it is perfect for agencies since you can organize social networks by clients and groups. What I like most is how user friendly it is. So if you need help, you can simply click the help icon and find support articles, videos and screenshots to guide you. Plus it adapts our posts for different social platforms, alerting them if the posts are too long for any network.

Cons

At first I was a bit confused by the AI tool because all the text appeared to the right of the editing box. And I had accidentally clicked an icon that caused this. It took me some time to fix but once I figured out my mistake, I was back to enjoying the platform.

Works well just needs refining

Pros

I linked all three accounts I manage and I loved how easy it was to get started and manage everything. It is also highly user-freindly, with clear explanations for every feature. I used it to schedule some reels I had planned for this month. One feature that stood out to me was the TASKS tool. It helps keep track of pending tasks for each account and you can schedule them which is a huge time saver. As a community manager, I typically use my phone to track tasks so having this built-in is a major benefit. Overall Vista Social really makes managing social media simpler, with easy access to accounts, inboxes, calendars and comments.

Cons

There were two things that did not sit well with me. First uploading videos took much longer than uploading them directly from Meta. After uploading, the platform showed that the videos had been successfully scheduled but when I logged back into Vista Social I saw that they had not been posted due to disconnected accounts. I reconnected them but I am still not sure what caused that and it did affect my workflow. Overall it is a great tool for social media management, but the video upload speed and account connectivity could use improvement.

Really liked it

Pros

The design of their page is so simple and easy to navigate. Also I find it quite user-friendly.

Cons

They send a lot of emails confirming actions which is good but can sometimes feel a bit too much not just to me but to anyone.

My favorite tool for social media

Pros

As soon as I logged into the app, I was impressed by how user friendly the tools are. The visual design is also appealing and easy to navigate. Plus being able to manage multiple social networks from one place is quite amazing. Overall it is a really useful tool for boosting your visibility. I would highly recommend it.

Cons

One downside of the platform is its pricing as it might not be affordable for smaller businesses. So that is something I like to change.

Simply the best

Pros

It is an excellent mix of usability, integrations and analytics. One feature I absolutely loved was Social Listening. As not all platforms have this but it has and proven highly beneficial for us.

Cons

I had some trouble with social media integrations specifically with a Google popup but customer service was really helpful and fixed the issue for me.

Saves time when posting on all platforms

Pros

Vista Social is so useful to schedule content across social media. Plus with it I can upload posts and have them automatically posted on various accounts.

Cons

The link in bio feature is nice but after using it for a while I came to the conclusion that customization options are somewhat limited.

Very happy with it

Pros

There is so much that I like about it such as pricing, the number of social profiles included and the customer support everything is great.

Cons

Some features were only available with an enterprise account but the good thing is that customer service was willing to add those features for me.

Makes my job stress-free

Pros

I am very much impressed by the number of profiles, functions and tools available. Social listening is also a powerful tool it has for tracking a brand's online presence and the best thing is that it is offered at such a reasonable price.

Cons

There is just one thing that with so many features and options, the options panel in post creation can sometimes become a bit difficult to navigate. Even though it is easily fixable by adjusting the scroll bar but it is an issue that is worth noting. And I hope they make improvements in this area soon.
