“Fast auction tracking”

Pros

The software felt adaptable enough to fit our specific needs. It's very responsive and supports multiple users and also generates reports that are actually useful. I can keep a close eye on my auctions without dealing with something that feels overly complicated.

Cons

Report customization and Word-template printing could definitely be better. They're not very user-friendly and the options are a bit limited when it comes to creating reports that look polished especially with restricted fonts and a difficult preview process. Gift certificates and catalogues print nicely but when an item has two or more donors, only one donor logo is printed.

“Very simple!!”

Pros

Setting up an auction is very simple and putting together the Home page and getting a URL to direct donors and bidders to the site is really convenient. It's also helpful that the program keeps an ongoing list of donors and bidders from every auction which makes it simple to share details about new auctions each year. One feature I especially appreciate is being able to set a visible goal for each auction so everyone visiting the page can see it.

Cons

There's a small learning curve at first but it's nothing that cant be picked up within a few minutes.

It's very easy to get used to the software and it does a really thorough job with the details. Andd the support team has been outstanding.

Cons

Switching between different functions can feel a bit tiring for me since it requires jumping back and forth.

“A nice ticketing platform”

Pros

Running online auctions and selling event tickets with this platform is hard to beat. It offers a wide variety of customization options and the experience for end users is simple and polished.

Cons

The website editor takes some time to figure out. The backend customization tools are very capable but they can also feel a bit overwhelming. Also, the credit card processing fees seem somewhat expensive.
