“Made online bidding easy for us
Pros
Check-in and check-out were simple, creating packages was simple and the online bidding process worked really well. I don't have anything else to add beyond that.
Cons
Reassigning tickets to someone else could be better. I also didn't love that sponsorships are attached to individuals instead of organizations and the minimum character requirement in the feedback form feels unnecessary.

“Organized event setup
Pros
It's made it pretty simple to get our event details built out in the platform plus the interface is easy to navigate. It covers everything we need and handles the core tasks in a fairly simple and clean way.
Cons
There are still some odd quirks. For example, you cant generate a statement that shows only the outstanding balance. We also ran into duplicate information issues, where values and donors wouldn't appear correctly in packages, along with some strange design choices I couldn't control... like hiding a value in one section of the site but still having it visible somewhere else. The existing features could really use an overhaul to iron out those kinks.

“Adaptive tools for fundraising
Pros
There's a lot this platform can handle and it gives plenty of room to be creative when setting up categories. Being able to carry donors over from one year to the next is really helpful and the live auction checkout process moves along pretty quickly.
Cons
Because it offers so many features, figuring out how to do a specific task isn't always immediately easy, though that's only a small downside.
