“Made bidding very simple”
Pros
We loved using just a URL link instead of asking everyone to download an app. Having access to support during the event was also really valuable and it was especially helpful being able to talk to an actual person. The bidding process was very simple and the reporting features ended up being very useful as well.
Cons
Did run into a few things that may have been overlooked...like how sales tax was handled. We eventually figured out how to manage it but by that point the event was already in progress.

“fantastic event fundraising support”
Pros
Everything worked really well, from event management to the bidding process. Customer support was excellent and on-site event registration on the day of the event went very smoothly.
Cons
I really love using itt but the reporting could be more simple. At first the reports were a little confusing for me to navigate.

“good platform even for the non tech people”
Pros
Even as someone uneasy with technology, I felt pleasantly surprised by how approachable this fundraising platform is. It's user-friendly and secure for donors and it brought a level of organization to our fundraising event that I hadn't realized we were missing. Donors and bidders got into the event without any trouble. From the host side, they really seem to have planned for just about everything and I believe it's absolutely worth the cost.
Cons
There's not really anything I strongly dislike. If I had to point to one thing, it would be that during the learning stage, there were moments when I felt somewhat on my own trying to figure things out. It would have helped to have someone checking in to make sure I was on the right path, getting the most from the software and working through all of the tutorials.

“A guest-friendly platform”
Pros
Their customer service is outstanding. The staff knows the product well and has been incredibly helpful with technical questions and other operational needs. The platform also works really well for my event guests. Most people understand how to use it quickly and can usually troubleshoot issues without much trouble.
Cons
One area that could be better is adding multiple pictures to items. Also the custom pages can feel a bit too technical if someone is still new to the platform.

“frustrating setup and RSVP process”
Pros
At first it looked like it could simplify everything from internal staff gatherings to large fundraising events. That promise just didn't hold up.
Cons
Even for small free events like a volunteer luncheon, people trying to RSVP are asked to enter a credit card which is obviously a nonstarter. setting up events is not user friendly at all and it ended up taking far too much time along with way too many calls to customer service.

“Liked the whole bidding experience”
Pros
The bidding experience worked really well for us. Its real-time analytics also made things more efficient and that played a big part in helping us hit our fundraising goals.
Cons
There were a few glitches while we were using the platform. They weren't major problems but they did slow things down a bit. Customization is somewhat limited too.. though that wasn't a huge issue since we were still new to the software and didn't know all the ins and outs yet.

“impressive event tools”
Pros
From the admin side filling in registration details is really useful and the check-in process on event day is very adaptive. The text messaging feature is also a nice touch for sending updates throughout the event. The reporting options offer a strong range of metrics .. plus the real-time chat support has been excellent.
Cons
Setting up Giving Center pages can feel a little dated and the interface is not always the easiest to work through. The process for handling refunds and outstanding balances also seems somewhat inconsistent.

“fast auctions”
Pros
When a local group named our organization as the beneficiary of a silent auction happening that same week, this platform helped us pull everything together without missing the opportunity. The platform is fairly user-friendly and the silent auction setup felt very organized. With the AI tool helping us write lot descriptions, we built and launched an auction with more than 110 items in only two days after receiving the photos. Our organization ended up surpassing its fundraising goal thanks to both the auction and the donation feature.
Cons
The only downside is that some parts of the platform specially ticket setup and certain site design steps, can feel a bit complex until you get more familiar with how everything works.

“fundraising that boosts engagement”
Pros
We've found that using this platform makes fundraising both enjoyable and efficient. It's very user-friendly for organizers and guests which makes a big difference during events. Features like mobile bidding and real-time updates work really well and help everything stay organized. I also love how it builds excitement and keeps attendees involved throughout the event. It has genuinely simplified our auction process, helped us raise more funds and created a better overall experience for our supporters.
Cons
One thing that has been a little frustrating here is uploading images through Dropbox since that process can be somewhat difficult to navigate at first. It is not the most adaptive setup initially, although it does get easier to manage once you understand how it works. Im planning to move over to the new OneCause Fundraising Platform and from what I understand, that part of the process is much simpler there which Im excited about.

“auction bidding that just works”
Pros
Staff and volunteers find entering auction details very simple and guests have no trouble placing bids on items or making a donation.
Cons
The thermometer page feels a bit limited right now. I'd rather the total appear without making it seem like the most recent donor contributed the full remaining amount. It would also be helpful if the new platform included video features for appeals and event marketing.

“donor tracking pays off”
Pros
Keeping donor information saved for future events has worked out really well.. more so now that we're heading into this year's event.
Cons
It was annoying for me that the support staff we contacted about the new system didn't seem to know how to use it either which made things more challenging. It's also limiting that we cant print our fundraising sheets in different sizes.

“Responsive support throughout”
Pros
Throughout the soiree, the support team responded consistently quickly whenever we needed help. During the event itself, they stayed actively involved and addressed problems right as they came up which made a big difference.
Cons
The website can be a little difficult to use when trying to find specific information. Navigation is not as adaptive as it could be specially for first-time users. A more organized layout and better search features would significantly improve the overall experience.

“Customer support is great”
Pros
Whenever something comes up, their customer service team has been outstanding. If the problem is on their side, they explain what's happening or give me a workaround right away. When it turns out to be something I did, they still take the time to walk me through how to fix it and explain where I went wrong. Even when it's completely my mistake and I just need help getting it corrected, they're still incredibly helpful.
Cons
Sometimes I have to come up with workarounds to make the system do exactly what I need. Im hoping the new version will reduce some of those limitations.

“adaptive design”
Pros
The platform's layout feels very adaptive so it's user-friendly from the start and the new AI guide is a nice addition that makes navigation even simpler. The guest experience has been excellent overall and customer service responds quickly, with convenient options to get help by phone, chat or email.
Cons
The system performs well overall but there are still a few things that could be improved. Items added to a cart without being purchased are still labeled as purchased which can be confusing. Customer service has explained that this is by design because users have to enter a credit card before adding items to their cart but it would make more sense if customers could complete their own transactions. During Raise the Paddle, a bidder number that was entered correctly multiple times ended up showing donations under someone else's name. At first, customer service suggested it was user error instead of looking into the problem which is concerning because it points to the possibility of donations being assigned incorrectly. The reporting screens also lack consistency. We've been told to export reports rather than depend on the live data shown on screen because of known reporting issues.

“flexible bidding that fits live events”
Pros
This software works so well because it still supports traditional paddle raise and bidding with a credit card kept on file and charged later. Not many platforms still handle it that way since a lot of them make bidders or donors create an account or enter everything through a registration form first. This platform gives much more flexibility and makes it possible to offer a more curated experience for participants.
Cons
The back-end UI/UX feels dated and a bit dated to work with.

“impressive event planning tools”
Pros
The platform's event planning features really stood out to me.. it handled everything I needed and even went beyond what I expected.

I was hoping for was a single place that clearly showed everything required to get an event set up. My One Cause contact eventually walked me through it but by then I had already spent a lot of time figuring it out on my own.

“Event customer care team really stood out”
Pros
Having the team onsite during our event made a huge difference. They did an amazing job representing our staff that evening and provided excellent support to both our team and our guests throughout the event.
Cons
Since Im not a coder or especially tech-savvy, I had to pass the homepage design work to someone else. Also adding images for auction items beyond the first one feels like it should be more simple.
