The app's interface is polished and professional and it really elevated the look of our fundraising event. The bidding process was simple to follow and the pricing feels reasonable compared with similar platforms. Some of my coworkers who have used it longer aren't happy with the recent software updates and because of that we're considering switching in 2026. Another factor is that we wanted a platform that connects with our donor management software and unfortunately OneCause doesn't offer that integration right now.

Between the responsive support team and the dedicated account reps, the service has been excellent. They keep rolling out useful new features and the auction platform looks clean which helps constituents feel comfortable placing bids. The online support library is packed with helpful resources, including both videos and written guides and the onsite support has been fantastic as well.
Cons
Our foundation serves a very small rural hospital so the cost can be hard to manage specially the onsite auction support that we consider essential to making the event successful. Still, we continue to make it work because the platform has helped increase our auction revenue.

Everything about the platform is actually wonderful. It's user-friendly, covers everything we needed and the regular meetings are incredibly helpful. The team did a fantastic job explaining how the platform works and customer support was excellent throughout. Jessica, who was with us at the event, was especially outstanding.
Cons
There are a few redundant steps when entering guest names. It was also quite confusing for guests to be asked to enter their credit card details in order to claim a complimentary ticket since many assumed they were being required to make a purchase.

Running large-scale nonprofit events with this platform has been a really positive experience so far. Even though some platforms advertise themselves as free, this one feels well worth the cost because it delivers a polished experience for guests and gives me thorough event management tools on the back end. We've been extremely pleased with every part of our live fundraising events, including auctions, paddle raises, check-in and check-out, raffles etc.. their customer support has been excellent and I appreciate that they keep improving the platform with ongoing updates and product enhancements.
Cons
It doesn't connect directly with our CRM, Blackbaud/Raiser's Edge, though using Omatic has worked fine as a workaround.

Everything centralized in one platform really helps. It keeps all the information in one place and gives us a dashboard for the event which makes things much easier to manage.
Cons
The part that gets frustrating is how the system refreshes every minute or two. That makes sense during a live auction but when there isn't a live event, the information should stay fixed. It's hard to review an item and see the bidder details when I have to drag the bar across and then the page refreshes and jumps me back to the top of the auction section. That is very annoying. It would also help if the platform were more adaptive specially when trying to tell who bid on which item or how much one person has bid across all events. when money is added into our account, it would be much better if those deposits were labeled clearly, such as Auction, Tickets or Sponsorships.

We loved using just a URL link instead of asking everyone to download an app. Having access to support during the event was also really valuable and it was especially helpful being able to talk to an actual person. Even as someone uneasy with technology, I felt pleasantly surprised by how approachable this fundraising platform is. It's user-friendly and secure for donors and it brought a level of organization to our fundraising event that I hadn't realized we were missing. Donors and bidders got into the event without any trouble. From the host side, they really seem to have planned for just about everything and I believe it's absolutely worth the cost.
Cons
There's not really anything I strongly dislike. If I had to point to one thing, it would be that during the learning stage, there were moments when I felt somewhat on my own trying to figure things out. It would have helped to have someone checking in to make sure I was on the right path, getting the most from the software and working through all of the tutorials.

When a local group named our organization as the beneficiary of a silent auction happening that same week, this platform helped us pull everything together without missing the opportunity. The platform is fairly user-friendly and the silent auction setup felt very organized. With the AI tool helping us write lot descriptions, we built and launched an auction with more than 110 items in only two days after receiving the photos. Our organization ended up surpassing its fundraising goal thanks to both the auction and the donation feature.

The platform's layout feels very adaptive so it's user-friendly from the start and the new AI guide is a nice addition that makes navigation even simpler. The guest experience has been excellent overall and customer service responds quickly, with convenient options to get help by phone, chat or email.
Cons
The system performs well overall but there are still a few things that could be improved. Items added to a cart without being purchased are still labeled as purchased which can be confusing. Customer service has explained that this is by design because users have to enter a credit card before adding items to their cart but it would make more sense if customers could complete their own transactions. During Raise the Paddle, a bidder number that was entered correctly multiple times ended up showing donations under someone else's name. At first, customer service suggested it was user error instead of looking into the problem which is concerning because it points to the possibility of donations being assigned incorrectly. The reporting screens also lack consistency. We've been told to export reports rather than depend on the live data shown on screen because of known reporting issues.

Whenever I need help, the support team responds really quickly and gets things handled efficiently. I'm usually able to connect with a live agent within a minute or two. The chatbot, though, is pretty much pointless so it's better to ask for a real person right away.
Cons
A frustrating part is having to deal with the chatbot before reaching an agent. It feels dated and irritating specially when it's obvious the bot isn't going to solve the issue. This platform really shines when it comes to online auctions. While the revenue from a fundraising event obviously matters, the guest experience matters just as much and this platform does a wonderful job on that front. Our guests love how convenient the online auction is. There's no more running back and forth just to write down a bid. It creates an outstanding, simple and convenient auction experience.
Cons
The part I like least is setting up an event website. Not being able to upload photos and videos directly onto custom pages is frustrating and inconvenient. Instead, images have to be uploaded to Google Drive or Dropbox first and then the link has to be added behind the scenes with extra adjustments. Videos require that same workaround as well.

Pros
Navigating the platform is really simple and duplicating events or keeping everything organized from one year to the next works very well. Running reports for different events and keeping donor information stored in one place is also really useful. Importing data is simple and the support team plus the online resources have been excellent too.
Cons
The equipment rental costs are high and the processing fees are also on the expensive side.

At our adult daycare center, we use this platform for our annual auction and it has been a big hit with all of the caregivers. It's very user-friendly for them which makes the whole process much more enjoyable.
