“user-friendly tools we love
Pros
Easiness in day-to-day use is what stands out most about this tool. Customer-facing information is really helpful and reporting is simple to pull up whenever needed. Across all of our properties, genuine satisfaction with using it exists.
Cons
The payment side working better with our current system would still be a welcome improvement. Avoiding extra withdrawals that can't be properly monitored would be the result.

The speed of pulling information to build rosters and check access details is a real highlight. Simple review of registration counts and keeping an eye on waitlists without wasting time is possible. In our organization this tool is used for just about everything, from event sign-ups to property reservations and it's one of the most user-friendly systems.

Finding a specific registration can be frustrating when families do not provide enough details for accurate searching. A feature that supports close-match spelling or nickname searches would be really appreciated. For example if Amanda is the search target, finding the record when they registered as Mandy would be helpful.
