Having Madeline Cloer walk me through the issues I had with the software made a big difference. She was very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly andhelped me understand the system much better. I also really value how this platform lets us track constituents especially during our annual fundraiser when we need to organize donations and donor details in one place. It helps us stay on top of everything and manage those events without losing track of important information. The recent integration with Blackbaud/Raiser's Edge has been especially useful as well.
Cons
The page resets every time you connect someone to Blackbaud is not good. If you're working on page 21, it sends you all the way back to the beginning instead of keeping your place. That makes the process take longer than it should.

Incredibly user-friendly for both attendees and admins!! The design is clean and makes engagement really simple. It also includes a variety of useful features and works in virtual settings with absolutely no latency. Their pricing model is hard to beat.
Cons
The reporting features still fall short compared with some other platforms. There are plenty of workarounds since you can export the data but this area still needs more improvement.

Pros
The whole setting up the event and creating a custom event website went very quickly. The platform was also very user-friendly for our patrons which made the whole process much better.
Cons
I wasn't happy with the number of fees tied to it. A lot of customers were frustrated by those charges even when they were optional.
