Pros

The easiness of this software allowed our field team to easily navigate and use all its aspects. The reporting feature is clean and pretty simple. Additionally, we integrated the APIs to directly link jobs to our Job Management System, TeamPoint.

Cons

From a contractor's perspective, I haven't faced any issues with the product. It works exceptionally well.
