Pros

The software is very intuitive and customizable right out of the box. The amount of configurations and creation of screens, items, parameterizations, and links is extensive, allowing for almost customized adjustments. I think the interface is good and graphically friendly. I have found the company's support to be excellent, providing close contact for improvements and troubleshooting. I believe it suits any size or maturity of management, whether it is a small company starting performance management, or a large company managing daily KPIs at all levels.

Cons

I think the software has room for improvement at a general level, such as the standardization of screens, filters, and layout, which could further enhance the user experience. I've also noticed that the high level of customization can make simple processes complex or require a deep mastery of the software's operation to perform registrations, configurations, and changes.

I value the possibility to manage the strategy from goals to projects.

Cons

It is difficult to integrate with BI systems and there are limitations on some resources linked to setting different goals in different areas. I'm unable to use geolocation references to build maps.

The interface for building dashboards leaves something to be desired. For example, I have to choose the size of the graphic in pixels, but it should have the option to drag by the corners like in other software.

It is difficult to parameterize the INITIAL system. There are countless aspects to be considered and rules to be respected within it. I have to perform many loads, as well as many lashings and adjustments within the system until everything is okay.
