Pros
What I value most is how easy it feels to record and monitor employee work hours. Keeping everything accurate doesn't feel like a chore anymore.
Cons
For my part, I find that looking up information for a specific employee can be tough and time-consuming.

“Simple, accessible and easy to navigate

The app's functions, its simplicity and the overall accessibility really appeal to me, they make the whole experience much easier to navigate.
Cons
Initially I was a little confused by some of the terminology, for example, words like "positions", "functions" and "branch" weren't immediately clear to me.

“Fast open-shift alerts and approvals
Pros
I'm really pleased with how fast employees are alerted when a shift becomes available, they can volunteer themselves for the open shifts and then the manager simply needs to grant the assignment according to seniority.
Cons
On my end the tablet used for employees to clock in has a recurring bug so I still have to print a daily attendance sheet for people to sign by hand, when that glitch happens it's simple enough to later reconcile and validate the attendance inside this tool but the extra printing is inconvenient.

Pros
For me it's simple to navigate and having access to speak with customer service feels more reassuring because I can get help quickly when needed.

“efficient employee file and reminders
Pros
From an HR perspective the employee file features work really well for me. I can set my own reminder dates, employees upload documents themselves and any changes show up right away which saves me extra follow-ups.
Cons
Right now everything's going smoothly the software has changed a lot over time and many of the clunkier parts have been fixed so I honestly don't have any complaints at the moment.

Using it on a daily basis works well for me and the layout adjusts nicely on my phone screen. I don't feel limited when switching between desktop and mobile.

Pros
One thing that stood out to me is how quickly the system runs. Moving around inside it feels smooth and I don't waste time waiting for pages to load.
Cons
Occasionally I notice that recurring entries don't update properly and sometimes numeric values disappear from my data when they should remain.

Putting together a schedule doesn't take much effort for me and gets done quickly. That alone makes my planning process much easier.

What I enjoy most is how clean and simple everything looks to me. Reading information doesn't strain my eyes and the layout feels comfortable to work with.
Cons
It would save me a lot of time if the mobile app had more functionality, for example, being able to approve timesheets or easily adjust an employee's clock-in time directly in the app without having to open Safari. I'd also like the option to assign a job position to an employee from the mobile version.

Pros
Working inside the platform rarely leaves me confused and I can usually find what I need right away. When I do have questions I get fast and detailed help from someone who clearly knows the product.
Cons
One thing I found a bit tough was the copy-and-paste behavior since it operates differently than my usual tools like Word or Excel but after I figured out the correct steps it became easy and simple to use.

What I like is having everything grouped together in one place. Employee profiles, schedules, time-off requests, mobile access, team recognition and chat all live under one roof which keeps things simple for me.
Cons
