“Secure scheduling, payroll and time tracking
Pros
Security is a top priority for me when choosing any app and I find this tool offers really great protection which gives me essential peace of mind. In my daily work I rely on it for scheduling, team management and tracking time and it genuinely simplifies overseeing all of that in one place. The short learning curve means both my staff and supervisors can pick it up quickly without disruption. I also really appreciate the integrated payroll functionality as it handles regular hours, overtime and all the related calculations reliably which saves so much administrative problem. Overall for what I pay it consistently feels like great value that meets all my core operational needs.
Cons
There really isn't a lot I dislike about this easy app since its simplicity is one of its strengths. From my experience though customizing some of the reports can be tricky at times and that can be frustrating when I need specific data views.

Pros
I've found this to be excellent value for money, it really helps with time-tracking reports and has served as a valuable learning curve for our whole team.
Cons
Personally I didn't actually use the payroll module much but the payroll team kept complaining repeatedly about how it worked.

“Responsive support and aligned HR workflows
Pros
Our customer support rep responds very quickly. We always feel that our feedback is welcomed and is often taken into account when platform improvements are implemented. I'm thrilled that we can set up digitization for our employee files so that everything can be managed fully in this tool. Timesheet approvals happen fast and we're able to effectively handle bank allocations through the timesheets. Their team is consistently responsive to questions and goes out of their way to help when issues arise. It has really aligned our HR workflows and reduced paperwork significantly. All in all I recommend this solution.
Cons
What disappointed us was that we couldn't set up one single organization encompassing all of our companies because each uses a different payroll system.

“Simple time-off and shift management
Pros
What I find most helpful is that it aligns submitting time-off requests and keeping track of the shifts I need to cover and I can also check other employees' schedules.
Cons
At the moment I haven't run into any issues with this app.... it's easy and pleasant to use and I would definitely recommend it.

“all-in-one workforce management with strong support
Pros
On the software side this tool covers everything we need and it works well for both managers and employees. From my experience the support team is just as strong, with quick replies, steady help and people who actually pay attention to what we ask for.
Cons
Sometimes the notifications feel a little messy so I would really appreciate a separate, manager-focused app with more features and finer notification controls because that would be a major improvement.

“easy hour tracking and reporting
Pros
From where I stand this platform makes it easy to follow hours, adjust shifts, keep holiday records accurate and generate detailed reports and timesheets in one place. When we work remotely it helps me keep everyone aligned and cuts down a lot of stress. For the price I honestly feel it delivers strong value.
Cons
For negatives there's hardly anything I dislike..... I'm half-joking when I say we need extra features. I genuinely don't have significant complaints. The only suggestion I would make is adding a way to block certain dates or entire months so people can't submit leave requests for those periods.

Pros
What stands out to me is how simple it is for staff to clock in and out and I also find setting up schedules and handling payroll doesn't take much effort. It saves me time during busy days.
Cons
When an employee works remotely, I sometimes find it a bit more complicated to set up the system so they can punch their clock in and out while enforcing the specific restrictions we want.

“Time-saving scheduling with smart templates
Pros
In my day-to-day work schedule management feels much lighter because this tool does a lot of the work for me. The repeat options and templates save me hours and posting open shifts lets staff respond right away. Messaging inside the tool also gets faster replies than phone calls which helps me avoid chasing people down.
Cons
For many staff members this remains an app which means they need a certain level of tech comfort to use it. It's not something everyone has nailed down. I run into problems around employee breaks: the system only accounts for one break but in my workplace some people take multiple short breaks. Even though part of that is an internal policy issue, it would really help if the tool could simply record each break as data rather than forcing the employee to 'clock out' in a way the system treats as leaving. Right now that option isn't really available and employees simply won't log those extra pauses because the system would register them as gone. I'd also like our sick leave (which can be calculated automatically) to be entered automatically so that one less manual step is needed.

Pros
For our team the biggest win has been the time saved and the better structure it gives us. Employees can check schedules, request time off and manage related tasks on their own without confusion.
Cons
My only real downside is occasional small bugs with the punch system at times but they are truly minimal and don't cause major issues.

Pros
What really impresses me is how smooth the experience feels for employees. They get alerts and I can see who viewed a shift and when it was approved which gives me peace of mind.

From my experience getting around the app doesn't take much effort at all. Everything feels natural to use which makes daily tasks more enjoyable.
Cons
Occasionally I run into glitches with the repeating schedule feature though I've been able to correct them without much trouble, similarly, there are times when emails fail to send automatically but I can always trigger them manually when that happens.
