Managing schedules and tracking time helps me use my work hours better. Sharing updates with staff feels easier and overall communication within my team has improved.
Cons
Before my company didn't have any scheduling software at all so making work schedules was a real chore but everything has become much easier since I found and started using your interface.

I feel comfortable using this software because it doesn't take long to figure things out. It feels welcoming even during busy days.
Cons
Lately I've noticed it updates frequently and sometimes I have to exit a conversation and let it reload before I can see new messages.

With the mobile apps I feel this software comes across as a contemporary, sleek and highly effective solution.
Cons
From a manager's point of view I find the iOS apps could use enhancements. Several features available in the desktop version are missing from the mobile app and the limitations are specifically within the administrative/management parts of the apps.

So far the features meet my expectations as a manager. It's easy to use, visually easy and the functionality is well-suited to our organization's needs.
Cons
It would be great if there were a simpler, no-cost feature for adding replacement agency staff into my schedules as they are part of the daily roster but aren't actually employed by the CPE.

Depending on it for schedule tracking across teams has worked well for me and the quick replies from the support team have honestly stood out. I feel confident reaching out because help comes fast and feels reliable.

It did take me a while to get to grips with all parts of the app yet the effort was absolutely worth it!
