“Amazing collaboration to bring temas together

Pros

Support team is awesome. Since we're a global company with teams across different continents, Aha! has made it easy for us to collaborate and communicate our plans to management. It really brings everyone together.

Cons

Getting my team to use the tool consistently has been a challenge. The tool is only as good as the data that goes in so it's been tough to get everyone to use it daily instead of just updating everything right before a meeting.

“Great integrations and tracking

Pros

This is an incredibly powerful tool that allows me to customize the core product to fit how my team works. The smooth integrations with development tools like Azure DevOps and Jira make it a reliable tool for reporting status while still letting the engineering team handle execution tasks elsewhere. The dashboards and reports in Aha! are extremely powerful and they're the only way I track roadmaps and product status. Lastly, the Ideas portal especially with Ideas Advanced, keeps me connected with our customers in a meaningful way and helps us communicate both internally and externally about what's next for our products.

Cons

The license cost isn't cheap and it took me a while to convince the senior executives to approve the purchase of Ideas Advanced licensing. It would have been really useful if Ideas Advanced could have been enabled for just a specific group of users or a particular product line within our corporate account.

“Fulfills all expectations

Pros

The arrangement and functionality of the sprint and features are executed admirably. I appreciate the aesthetics of AHA compared to other tools I've used. It's user-friendly and the inclusion of a mobile app is a nice touch.

Cons

The search functionality in AHA doesn't appeal to me. Frequently I struggle to find things using my preferred search or keywords. Even though a keyword may exist in a ticket it's not consistently located.

“Not worth the cost

It was easy to operate but that's the only observation I can make.

I regret to say that I did not enjoy using this program at all. It simply wasn't to my liking.

Although we opted not to commit to Aha for long-term use (see cons below for reasons) individual team members including myself still utilize it for long-term strategic planning. The visualization process remains the best in the market.

Cons

Due to cost constraints we couldn't adopt Aha! as our primary project management tool. To justify the expense I would have needed to argue for more robust customer service. While I can access the necessary information less tech-savvy individuals face difficulties without the readily available guidance from customer service.

Aha simplifies the process of logging help requests and new ideas. Its also effective for collaborative project work within teams.

Cons

One drawback is the absence of a userfriendly dashboard to view all open support issues and ideas at once.
