Aha! has become our primary roadmapping tool within the company, enabling us to align our work with the company strategy and foster collaboration between different divisions. Its extensive functionality offers various views and roadmaps tailored to different needs, such as software-only or mixed software and hardware projects.
As a user without a product manager background, I initially found it challenging to understand how to navigate and utilize the tool effectively. Having an "Aha! for dummies" guide, similar to the informative video clips available on the Aha! website, would have greatly facilitated my work. Nonetheless, I appreciate the usefulness of the short film clips and suggest integrating them into the data model for easier access and more comprehensive information.

So I started my business a few months ago and I didn’t know much about project management software. Aha! has been great for me because it is easy to use and very intuitive. It also offers lots of features that can help you manage your projects more efficiently. For example, I had no idea about task management, and Aha! made it very easy to manage tasks and deadlines allowing me to grow my business to the next level.
The biggest downside of Aha! is that there is no mobile app for it so you can’t access it while on the go. Also, I find the user interface a bit too simple and lacking in features that other PM software offer such as Gantt Charts. Honestly, it can be a bit embarrassing when our clients ask for a Gantt Chart and we can’t provide it quickly.

I have been using Aha! for a few months now and I have to say that it has been great for us. The features are easy to use and very helpful in managing our projects. I like the fact that we can easily assign tasks and keep track of deadlines which helps us manage our projects better. The user interface is also intuitive and easy to use, making it a great tool for small businesses like ours.
The only downside I have found with Aha! is that the pricing plans can be quite expensive for smaller teams and organizations. Also, there are not many integrations available which limits the functionality of the tool. Lastly, there is no mobile app available so you cant access it while on the go.

I can assign anyone to any project and then have someone keep an eye on the progress of that particular task.
