I have learned a lot from Aha! about team transparency, and it has given me some amazing progress over the years. I can assign anyone to any project and then have someone keep an eye on the progress of that particular task. This has increased our efficiency since keeping an eye on some 100+ projects a year and managing 50 or so salespeople manually was not easy. Reporting is amazing, and we can attach quick notes in the templates to have project information ready to view whenever needed.

Cons

The only problem is the way it handles notifications and reminders.

It amazes me how many features are so organized and working together to provide a complete experience with Aha! Developing procedures for product development has never been easier and it has all the features of a PM software you can imagine. Everything associated with a product can be worked on within Aha! except for the coding. Which I personally like to be done externally so its not really a concern for me. It has given me the confidence to openly discuss issues with our partners since I have all the info I need at my fingertips.

Cons

It should have supported OKR, it is so disappointing seeing a software this full of features and complete to lack something this basic.

Pros

I can now have multiple teams working in sync on product development and still be right on schedule, thanks to Aha! It enables a detailed level of reporting that can be done from the app itself instead of waiting on the engineers to submit them and then doing something about it. It has better customization than most and still manages to keep things as simple as possible. It has great integration with external apps, which further streamlines our product development process.

Cons

The only barrier I have faced is the pricing. For a company as large as ours, investing more and more in individual employees access is not justifiable.

Aha! has improved significantly since I first used it four or five years ago, when it was still good. With JIRA alone or a mix of product requirements and JIRA, it makes it kind of difficult for our team to communicate, keep informed, discuss, and stay on track in these areas. The service is incredibly responsive, on point about all that you need to know, polite, and intuitive. There is a ton of customization that can be done, though I havent really looked into it much. But its clear that Aha! has everything it needs to keep things running smoothly.

Cons

There is not much to say negatively about Aha!, but the only significant improvement I can think of is the requirement for a Confluence-like knowledge base and documentation tool set.
