“Great product roadmap tool

Pros

I appreciate the high level of customization offered by AirFocus. It allows me to create multiple workspaces and views to effectively organize epics ideas feedback and initiatives. This makes it an excellent tool for socializing and prioritizing product roadmaps.

Cons

Some features may not be immediately intuitive and it's advisable to schedule setup assistance with a support representative. However after the initial setup it becomes much more userfriendly.

The way airfocus transforms workplaces is just amazing. It’s so easy to work with the software and gather input from the users and external stakeholders to balance your priorities on the roadmap. Speaking of which, there are excellent templates made available that encourage you to set priorities in your roadmap and be a step ahead of schedule. It is a very professional-looking piece of software with a smooth UI, providing you just the right amount of confidence for your presentations. The support team is very active and helps you manage the software more efficiently.

Cons

The one bad point I can highlight is that it is not an easy program to master. It takes some time to get comfortable with how the interface is laid out, which might be very different from where youre coming from. They are reasonably good at releasing feature updates, but not so good at educating users about them. However, the fact that they are so easily approachable makes the issue much easier to bear. The support team can teach you to operate the software much better
