I dont like that Customer support is slow and requires multiple calls to fix an issue.

I do wish that Asana offered more modern features like other software. Also, I dont like how the system charges extra for a few of its capabilities.

My only complaint with Asana is that its not very user-friendly and trying to shift tasks to other groups may be a bit tricky at times with this software.
