Pros
Setting up this platform two years ago was a breeze and it has seamlessly scaled with our agency. Onboarding new staff doesn't require a demo either.
Cons
The new layout is not my favorite; it feels overly simplified. Additionally it would be beneficial to have a few more features available in the free version.

“Quite complex but get the job done.”
Pros
Asana allows easy organization and multiple perspectives when viewing new projects. Personally I prefer the panel layout where I can shift assignments and keep track of work progress. It facilitates team collaboration and keeps everyone up to date on task statuses and assignments.
Cons
Using Asana can be daunting initially but it's necessary for our organization. The database doesn't mark many items as completed for historical purposes which adds complexity. The program offers a wide range of features which is fantastic but it requires considerable effort to become familiar with and fully understand them.

“Love the training webinar”
Pros
The training webinars provided by Asana were a delightful experience. They offer a comprehensive overview of the app its features and setup instructions while also addressing any questions participants may have.
Cons
The only thing I didn't particularly like is that there is another app offering more projects and tasks at a cheaper price. However as a small company I didn't require that many templates.
