One of the main benefits is the overall customization options. It allowed us to tailor things specifically to what we were looking for. It also has the capability to handle changes we will need to make in the future as we continue to expand our performance management process. It was very easy to deploy to our management team. [hidden] is also extremely helpful and quick to respond.
Cons
It would be better if the Admin team could log in as a manager or another user to see things from their perspective.
