Fantastic ride with AssessTeam

Pros

This product allows organizations to customize to their preferred options and templates. Its user-friendly and easy to navigate. I love that it gives evaluators the option to express other concerns in free text and employees love that its anonymous which makes them more comfortable expressing themselves.

Cons

For some evaluators in my organization the evaluation interface was engaging but for a few it appeared different and confusing. They would probably have a better experience with a clearer interface.

Pros

Being cloud-based makes it easier for us to work remotely. The mobile version is very easy to use. Its the most user-friendly software I have ever used. Customer support is great. I strongly recommend it!

The right fit at the right time

Pros

I enjoy the breakdown reporting. Its not just one overall score or rating it can be broken down into many different categories. It allows me to see how the team the individual or component are doing at any given time.

Cons

I had some user issues when I first started. There are components that are included but not described. However our rep [hidden] is always there to help me and guide me.

Its easy to deploy and implement and once you get the hang of it its easy to use.

Cons

Maybe a bit more explanation about some concepts like when setting up an evaluation what happens when picking Default result areas.... vs Select from all available result areas etc.

Pros

The online version has lots of features for customization and flexibility.

Cons

Importing files in Excel is hard to read. Theres no space in the employee profile to leave comments or see the history of additional feedback if needed.

Amazing support!

Pros

The support team is amazing and always available to help. They make rolling out the product easy.

Cons

Sometimes its a bit complicated but I guess we need to balance functionality (which we want!) with complexity (which we dont want!).

Pros

The team is helpful fits our budget and the software is easy to use.

Cons

Simplify titles, use simpler words like Upwards Downwards etc. Adding personas on the platform could be improved for seamless updating all at once.

Teracode Review

Pros

I like how easy it is to use the templates Result Area management and the exporting feature for reviews and comparisons.

Cons

Ad-Hoc reviews should have a default description for everyone. Templates are a good idea but they dont quite fit well with how our company works and the dynamic for team changes.
