Great Solution for Performance Management
Pros

My account rep [hidden] is awesome and helps us a lot. Its easy to set up the video trainings are great and once you get the hang of it its a great way to do performance evaluations.

Cons

Some things are a bit awkward like when setting goals theyre called performance indicators and you have to go to different screens to do tasks. Also while the performance evaluation gives information theres no way to document the actual performance conversation unless you create an evaluation which is a bit awkward. But these are small compared to what I like about the softwares ease of use.

Pros

I can set up evaluation templates exactly how I want and customize the system to send them out how I want. Its very flexible and lets me tailor it to my needs.

Cons

When I started using the system it had so many features that it was overwhelming. Thankfully my support person [hidden] was always there to help and over time taught me how to make the system do exactly what I want. Customer support is crucial for software like this and [hidden] has provided that expertise whenever I needed help.

Reminders for evaluations are nice and its a central place for everything.

Cons

Setting up is difficult especially with changes in the organization. I have to delete every evaluator from each employee and reassign them which takes hours. I wish I could create groups of employees and assign them that way.

Pros

This product allows organizations to customize to their preferred options and templates. Its user-friendly and easy to navigate. I love that it gives evaluators the option to express other concerns in free text and employees love that its anonymous which makes them more comfortable expressing themselves.

Cons

For some evaluators in my organization the evaluation interface was engaging but for a few it appeared different and confusing. They would probably have a better experience with a clearer interface.
