Pros

It was fairly easy to use and customer service was responsive.

Cons

Employee Reviews and Goal Setting KPI's Help Us

Pros

I appreciate being able to set KPIs for any department and check in regularly. It helps automate things so we dont forget or miss follow-ups. We can track these goals however we want. Very cool software.

Cons

The only thing Ive noticed so far is that the performance review feature lacks a calendar view that integrates with our work calendar. It would be helpful to see my scheduled employee reviews on my calendar for better preparation.

Good, it could allow more customisations

Pros

Setting up evaluations and using predefined indicators is straightforward.

Cons

Theres no option to duplicate a set of evaluations and no way to specify which user has access to which evaluation record.

The Arc Middlesex County's experience with AssessTEAM

Pros

Its a high-quality paperless performance management tool and the consultant support is professional. Its a great value for the cost and has saved us a lot of time by transitioning from paper to online reviews.

Cons

Id like to expand the use to include customized reporting.

The support team is great

Pros

Having helpful team members is great. He always responds promptly and is willing to help out at a moments notice.

Cons

Its difficult to make adjustments to result areas or team members. The user interface isnt very friendly.

Pros

The ability to customize - if you can think of it you can start gathering data on it.

Cons

Because its so customizable you have to be careful with what you add to it to maintain the meaningfulness of the information youre gathering.

Pros

I like the auto reminders for submission and the useful graphs and individual performance summary page. Performance management has become much easier.

Cons

Great for the Price

Pros

The support is amazing and the price and general functionalities are good.

Cons

Its not flexible to edit final categories when you need to have a Calibration process or if employees want to adjust something. The reporting is a bit poor and with a little more UX investigation the experience could be much better.

Great tool for 360 feedback

Pros

Configuring and deploying it is easy. As an evaluator its very simple to use.

Cons

Its not easy to see the score from multiple people about the same category as an evaluee or evaluator. Most of the time we end up exporting evaluations and combining the CSVs.

AssessTEAM Review

Pros

AssessTEAM provides turnkey tools for performance measurement and management with a good level of customization. Its great for a small company to be able to get up and running quickly in these areas.

Cons

The downside of the pros I mentioned earlier is that since were still developing our performance measurement and management process more customization would always be beneficial.

Very good tool for 360 Degree Feedback

Pros

The tool provides everything I need for 360-degree feedback in my organization and allows for easy data analysis through useful dashboards.

Cons

Sometimes its not that easy to use and it requires some practice to learn how to use some of the tools. When setting questions for the 360-degree feedback session I feel overwhelmed by the number of questions. I would prefer something simpler with the key questions Im after.

Good tool for non-profits

Pros

The product is easy to use and for a non-profit that doesnt have a lot to spend on a performance review system this is a great option.

Cons

Definitely need to go through the training. Its not easy to just pick up and start using. I need to be able to see a proof of the review before it is launched.

Pros

I really appreciate the ease of use and employees do too. Switching over from a manual system was not difficult and great support was provided from the start. AssessTeam has all the features needed for thorough performance management for staff at a great price.
