Its easy to use yet offers comprehensive data and functionality. From time sheets to staff reviews its an all-in-one productivity and HR tool. It was easy to integrate into our system and the tech support is helpful and efficient.

The user interface is a bit confusing. Also its a little complicated to manage and set up ongoing reviewsgoal tracking.

The product is easy to use and offers many functions that unfortunately we dont use. [hidden] is always very responsive with support and provides easy-to-understand instructions and advice.

Cons

Some of the terminology is a little confusing but once you use the software you get used to it. Our challenge is that we only use it once a year.

The price is very good compared to similar products. Its the best value for money if youre looking for an 80-20 solution.

So far Ive loved the customer service and support Ive received as I evaluate the software and set things up. The ability to customize nearly everything is crucial especially as we transition from all paper to online evaluations. The price for the quality is exceptional (so far).

So far I havent encountered anything to give me pause or not recommend it. This will be our first year using it.

The dashboard is streamlined and easy to navigate and making templates was super easy. For the cost this was the best software out there for performance reviews.

The tool is perfect for our small organization and as an Executive Director playing an HR role its ease of use (with amazing support from your staff from [hidden]).

More features could be added. Theres a very limited option for flexibility.

The price is great deployment was fast and easy and the continued support has been amazing.

It would be better if there was an email alert once the managers assessment is completed. It could be more intuitive to create a new review. There should be a step in between a managers completion of a review so HR can review it before its deemed completed. HR should be able to send it back for corrections.

Its user-friendly and the customer service is great.

Its a learning curve for new users but well learn and ask questions along the way.

I like having a database of Result AreasEvaluations available and the customer support is helpful.

Cons

Its a bit tricky for me to visualize the final evaluation when creating result areas or performance indicators. Im not experienced enough with the software to see how the results will be generated.

Using it isnt too complicated and once team members get started its easy for them to do their reviews.

I think there should be more sections for partner notes or feedback during a review discussion. Also it would be helpful to resend the review to people without deleting it just for editing purposes.

It made it easy to distribute on mass to internal and external stakeholders to obtain valuable 360 feedback.

Cons

Its a bit clunky in loading and allocating access but thats probably more me than the software. Exporting feedback into Excel isnt in the easiest format to read quickly through provided commentary.

Its easy to use and set up. The tool has many ways to customize almost every aspect to align with our organizational approach to performance management.

A tool to upload ad-hoc (project) evaluations en masse could be helpful.

For me it was mostly about the service. The software was easy to use and nobody had trouble using it.

I wish employee goals could transfer automatically from one year to another. Currently I have to manage this manually by copying and pasting each goal for all employees every year during employee performance evaluations.
