This software is incredibly simple to use and teach employees. The forms streamline management processes, doing exactly what we need with time tracking and vacation management.

It is much easier to keep track of time off and scheduling with everything in one centralized location.

Employees often forget to indicate their location until asked. It would be useful to have a daily reminder notification if the employee hasn't indicated their location.

We have not started using AttendanceBot for team timesheets yet because adding manual time entries is not as easy as it is in other tools like Avaza when employees forget to log in.

i am pleasantly surprised with the setup and customization ease. We have set up numerous projects and assigned them selectively, saving my team from scrolling through endless tasks. It keeps me focused on the task at hand, rather than getting distracted by incoming emails. The whole point of such a system is efficient data collection, not hindering productivity.

Editing timesheets feels a bit cumbersome to me, but being relatively new, I anticipate it will become easier with practice.

The concept is fantastic. It serves as an excellent tool for remote teams. However, our small team suggests including more visually appealing reporting graphics, like bar charts, graphs, pie charts, and different colored segments.

If I had to pinpoint an area for improvement, I say the user help function in the bot could be better. I can only speak for the sick days and holiday management features, as those are the only functions we utilize.
