i am pleasantly surprised with the setup and customization ease. We have set up numerous projects and assigned them selectively, saving my team from scrolling through endless tasks. It keeps me focused on the task at hand, rather than getting distracted by incoming emails. The whole point of such a system is efficient data collection, not hindering productivity.
Cons
Editing timesheets feels a bit cumbersome to me, but being relatively new, I anticipate it will become easier with practice.
