The best thing I like about Ayoa is its ability to combine mind maps and task boards in an easy-to-use interface. They have put in the effort while developing the software and it can be seen through their attention to detail. The new Gantt chart tool, which is now available in task mode as well as the planner, eliminates the need to add tasks to the planner to have a comprehensive perspective of deadlines. A checklist is also simple to create and finish. As a result, it is easy to perform tasks without having to face the challenges of understanding the complex UI.

Cons

I have experienced bugs and glitches with the software quite a few times. For example, it was initially inconvenient to return to the home page before switching modes, but now that the buttons are in the navigation bar, I still often have to repeat this unnecessary process.

I like the user-friendly interface that combines task boards and mind maps. It is very detailed and attaching files to assignments is easy. You are presented with a neatly displayed perspective of deadlines without adding tasks to the planner thanks to the new Gantt chart functionality. It is also really simple to create a checklist.

Gantt charts are great but it is a bit hard to identify deadline times for tasks that are short-term. And being forced to go to the homepage to switch to another mode was a minor inconvenience, but it has been fixed now.

We started with the free trial and immediately realized how useful it was for brainstorming and mind mapping. I appreciate how I and my team can effectively develop and execute a subproject with minimal effort. We have used it to manage a lot of projects for our mining business. It is amazing, especially when used in a team project with a lot of collaboration going on all the time. Tens of users are active on it at the same time and it does not break a sweat. We all appreciate the flexibility to format a concept in several ways which I think is one of the greatest features of the application.

It has some great UI features but that seems too heavy at times which gets in the way of online cooperation. The trial version does not allow for the recruitment of a testing team to determine whether this is a good fit.

Ayoa is great for use as a simple task list because it allows the grouping of different project activities without any extra effort. The UI is very simple and intuitive. Adding to that, the ability to add comments and attach files to the relevant tasks is amazing and the reminders are very helpful as well. Thereby, I no longer have to keep going through the calendars and the notifications to remind myself of the deadlines or look for tasks that I may have missed. Ayoa does that for me through its automatic reminders. It has solved an extra hassle for me.

Cons

There should be an option to scroll through a list of my completed tasks/projects without going through the blank pages (days on which nothing occurred, like holidays) endlessly. It will be great if Ayoa could add better filters for this purpose. Also, Id want to view the entire monthly calendar on the screen rather than just one day at a time. It would be fantastic to be able to print individual project categories. It would come in handy when handing out assignments, as reference material. I look forward to these changes being made soon in the upcoming versions of the software.
