Pros
Bill4Time simplifies my time and expense management and invoicing at a fraction of the cost of other software also, their customer service is fantastic.
Cons
The software's drawback is that when you are handling multiple matters for a single client, it categorizes them based on the type of work (drafting, advising, etc.) rather than the matter name.

I love everything about it! The onboarding process went smoothly, and the web-based interface is delightful. Entering time is far less of a hassle compared to our previous software.
Cons
Setting up billable clients, references, and tasks was a bit tedious and repetitive. Updating information for references individually is a hassle, especially since we do it quarterly.
