From signing up to full operation, it is been a remarkably short time. We were operational the same day. Customer service is prompt and friendly, and introducing the product to employees does not take much time.

The only downside is that BILL4Time does not assist with litigation. If it did, we would be the first to buy it!

Managing over 150 clients and numerous projects became challenging as my company grew. However, Bill4time handles mass invoicing effortlessly, allowing for more frequent invoicing and better tracking of receivables and payments. I particularly appreciate being able to reach human support when needed.

I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about the product. Most issues can be resolved with a support phone call.

Getting started with Bill4Time was smooth sailing thanks to its user-friendly interface. Initially guided by a colleague, I quickly found my way around. Whenever I hit a bump, I either referred back to the tutorial or reached out to the support team, who were always prompt and knowledgeable.

There is nothing I dislike about this software, but I am eagerly awaiting the feature to track consult fees. Having a separate tab for consultations where I can input client details and fees would simplify my workflow by eliminating the need for two separate conflict of interest lists.

I tried a couple of programs before settling on Bill4Time for my time tracking needs. It's been a breeze for my staff to learn. The interface looks very professional, and I can easily generate all the reports I need. What I find most convenient is being able to jot down a note and attach it to billing, all in one go.

Cons

I wish I could easily access and print out all notes for a single client at once.
