Cons
We had issues with invites, but those seem resolved now. Using an invite code instead of a link solved the problem, and Blink support was helpful during that time.

Searching past discussions is not easy. I can't mark discussions as "unread," which can be inconvenient. Editing mistakes requires using the mouse instead of a simpler method like the up arrow. Integrating with other tools requires administrator approval, limiting functionality.File organization within discussions is lacking.
