Blink feels very intuitive and easy for me to use. I can effortlessly generate workflows and effectively communicate not only with my team members but also with contacts outside of our organization. What sets it apart is the option for private conversations, making it a superior choice compared to traditional tools like emails.
Cons
I think there is room for improvement in reducing the crowd on the feed. It can be overwhelming at first, especially with some negative messages popping up.

One of the things I appreciate about Blink is the ability to communicate quickly with my entire team, even when I am away from my computer, thanks to the mobile app notifications.
Cons
Naming each chat "group" feels unnecessary. It should be optional, not mandatory, adding an extra step when reaching out to team members quickly.

Cons
Copy/paste only works in the Blink feed. It would be useful to copy directly to Google Mail, for example.
