“Brilliant product
Pros
We use the Beam application in our work, which is a very convenient solution for monitoring construction projects. It combines project cost estimation, project budget formation (based on estimates), project management (financial aspects such as issuing invoices and expense payments, as well as monitoring project progress stages), plan-fact analysis of projects, profitability calculation, and more.
Cons
There isn't anything we dislike, as it serves us great and meets our requirements.

“Ultimate PDF editing solution
Pros
It completely replaced the need to print documents for review in our office. I love all the editing capabilities and how my entire team can edit a document live, even if they're working remotely. The sessions feature is fantastic.
Cons
The worst feature is that it's cloud-hosted so whenever I lose connection, my dot turns red and its not very noticeable. If I happen to close the program while it's offline, I lose all my changes.

“Bluebeam Revu: easy collaboration
Pros
What I love most about Bluebeam Revu is its detailed capability for project review. The software works well for horizontal construction plans as it offers options for markups and collaboration. It also allows for PDF conversion of drawings.
Cons
The least favorable aspect is the limited technical and customer support when there is a software issue. It can take a while to resolve problems and get everything running again. Additionally opening or printing files can be time-consuming.

“Unlock and estimate with ease
Pros
Bluebeam has an amazing customizable toolbox that I find very helpful! There are tools I use repeatedly and having a quick popup with all my tools readily available saves me a lot of time. Adding pages to an existing document is as simple as dropping them into the desired spot. Even if I use Bluebeam mainly for PDFs, it does so much more than Adobe and provides cleaner documents. I frequently use it for submittals, marking up and adding or moving pages and it makes these tasks the easiest and fastest for me. I can remove items from pages and add notes as needed. There are so many amazing features like counting the number of outlets on a plan or resizing and signing documents. The options are so many.
Cons
The biggest drawback is that it takes time to learn and is not very user-friendly for the average person. Figuring out what each tool does can be time-consuming and there are sometimes multiple tools for the same task. With so many features, it can be challenging to find or even narrow down the one I need. That is why the custom toolbox is so useful.

“Fantastic software, but Mac compatibility is needed
Pros
The take-off function and the ability to add comments have proven to be very useful for me.
Cons
The licensing expired on my Mac so new employees cannot use the software. This became a big issue since three members of our commercial department were using Bluebeam and we had to switch when three more employees joined. We cannot collaborate unless everyone is on the same software.
