“Great for marketing collaboration
Pros
The standout feature is the collaboration function enabling simultaneous document review with duplicate comments streamlining the editing process. Real-time visibility and responses enhance collaboration.
Cons
A less favorable aspect involves opening Bluebeam documents in Adobe Acrobat for comment review. Bluebeam treats each action as a separate comment requiring a feature to link highlighted words with simultaneous comments for enhanced efficiency.

“My favorite software for easy collaboration
Pros
This is easy for even the most computer illiterate person to use. I use this on ever team and always have it open on a monitor - every project I have a bluebeam session for. I find that this tool makes my life easier in collaborative review of drawings markup and sharing of changes and information directing people to issues or topics for discussion and using as a tool to sketch together live while in a virtual meeting.
Cons
The "marking complete" feature and pen tool could be smoother. Also having a way to track if someone missed a review deadline or didn't join a session would be beneficial but these are minor issues.
