“Great for estimate take offs
Pros
Tool sets make mark up easy. Bluebeam Revu is the best for viewing and manipulating pdf's.
Cons
Customization and creating symbols and colors can be confusing. Also the markup audit trail doesn't stay on the current sheet and combining documents sometimes fails.

“Great software-Terrible customer service
Pros
Powerful Editor & Adaptability: Considered the most powerful PDF editor available adaptable to various work styles.
Cons
The exporting feature has limited functionality and lacks proper integration with our ERP system due to Nemetschek's refusal to grant API access. Tech support's demand for remote access didn't resolve the issue.

“Necessary in the Construction Industry
Pros
Every day I am learning about a new feature that makes life even easier in the industry. Love their takoff capabilities measuring stamps and just the general fact that I can view PDFs and manipulate them. I have had VERY few complaints over the many years I have used this software.
Cons
Like any software there are occasional glitches. For example integration on Android devices is lacking and there was a problem integrating with an Apple update although that was swiftly resolved.

“Great PDF Editor
Pros
Good price easy to use. I had been using this software for almost two years and when it was time for me to buy a PDF editor and after testing a couple I had no doubt to go for this.
Cons
It appears a bit slower to start than Acrobat but that hasn't deterred me from purchasing it.
