As HR, I have been using Business Base for the past year and find it quite impressive. It offers easy deployment and efficient changes in predetermined tasks also it helps in strategic work planning and document management, reducing the need for a huge collection of PDFs.
Cons
In my opinion, the notification alert is quite slow. However, I hope this issue will be resolved with new updates. Customer support is also not very responsive; it would be great if they could improve on that. Nonetheless, I love Business Base as it makes my work easy.
