“powerful fit for our workflow”

Right away, the level of configuration stood out for us because it adapts really well to our business requirements. It's been an excellent tool for product development, quality control and improving costing efficiency. Having everything in one central source of truth is going to boost our efficiency in a big way.

Cons

Only downside was that our expectations around the implementation timeline were far too optimistic.

Pros

For our Technical Design team in particular, this has been an excellent tool. Compared with the system we used before, this one is much quicker for us to work in. The team especially appreciates the plug-in, the canvas templates and how simple it is for us to keep the measurement charts updated.

Cons

The hardest part at first was learning how to move around the system. After we got past that stage, the team really ended up loving it. There are also quite a few features you have to discover on your own because they are not covered in the initial training which made implementation confusing.

Pros

Getting used to the platform takes some effort for me but once I finished the Admin training, my understanding and overall proficiency with it improved a lot.

Cons

Working as a System Project Analyst, one challenge I still run into is moving through different business objects, especially when some attributes like Display Name show up in multiple places but serve different functions.

We've been using a homemade version of it, so having the validation and framework of a real system has been really helpful for us.

The structure can be difficult to understand at first. It's not always clear where certain data should go, although training has been making that easier over time.

Getting started with the product has been very easy and the platform feels simple to learn and use. The customer support team is consistently quick to reply and genuinely helpful whenever needed. It has also allowed us to bring together many different systems and Excel spreadsheets into one central place.

Cons

Moving around the system can require quite a few clicks and I really wish there were an import feature available for bringing in information.

Everything is very user-friendly for us and having all the information available in one platform makes it convenient to review and assess. The integration works easily, the implementation process is easy and the features are simple for us to navigate and use.

Customer support lacks proficiency and professionalism.

Internally, we employ it for our research and development endeavors, specifically for government reporting related to the R&D Tax Incentive program. Being a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, it offers the flexibility to be utilized from any location and at any given time.
