“great coverage and fast setup”

Pros

It handles most business needs well for us and the platform is user-friendly with a smooth onboarding process. Access is easy, support is available 24/7 and it also integrates nicely with other tools we use.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about. One upside is that the data is presented much more clearly and since many tasks get completed in one go, there's no need to use it constantly. The implementation process is also simple.

This software replaces multiple spreadsheets, emails and disconnected systems for us by bringing all product-related data into one central place.

Cons

A downside is that it takes quite a while to learn and getting support or making changes can be difficult.

“clean interface and flexible workflows”

Pros

The clean and simple interface made onboarding faster for us and also helped with day-to-day work. The configurable workflows fit the way we operate at Mavenberg which makes the system feel aligned with our processes rather than forcing us to adapt.

Cons

A few tasks still require some extra clicks and when working with larger data loads, the platform can feel a little slow from time to time.
