Unfortunately, I can't find much positivity to share except that it efficiently archives client data.
Cons
We invested in this program to streamline client billing, manage tasks across our accounting team, and seamlessly integrate with QuickBooks. However, after a year of use, we have only been able to input client data. The system is not intuitive, lacked training, and if we can't figure it out, we can't use it effectively. We found the client time tracking cumbersome and opted for TSheets, which has been a much better experience.

Despite high expectations, we have not fully utilized the program due to its lack of advantages or integrations compared to more affordable options with better tech support. The synchronization issues with QuickBooks further compounded our frustrations, as we were directed to seek support from an unrelated company. Improvements in tech support and program communication would make reconsidering this tool a possibility.

Pros
Managing schedules and tasks is a breeze with this tool. Setting up recurring tasks has significantly eased our workload planning, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks in our busy workflow.
Cons
Some tabs are tailored for California, which is not applicable to me in Washington. However, creating custom tasks is straightforward, so I have utilized those instead.
