“Great tool for businesses with multiple locations

Pros

Initially, we started using the software to reduce the time spent on payroll with its basic clock-in/out feature. However it became incredibly helpful when we expanded our pharmacy locations. I can manage daily time and attendance from the app, whether I am at either store or on the road. This is surely a feature I like the most

Cons

I haven't encountered many issues so far. It took about a week to implement between the employees and my payroll processor. Customer service did a good job.

“Excellent for job costing and field insights

Our company has personnel both in the field and in the warehouse and I appreciate that we can use a single system for both. In the warehouse, we have set up a tablet near the entrance for clocking in and out, while everyone in the field uses their smartphones. We started stapling copies of the timesheets to client invoices because they show our employees GPS locations and utilize facial recognition. My clients appreciate the transparency, and I believe it helps expedite payment.

Cons

There is no direct sync to my payroll processor but using the CSV file works fine.

Pros

This is an excellent application for us as we have several job sites located away from our main office. It ensures that our employees arrive and leave on time, while also allowing us to track those who haven't shown up for work. ClockInEasy provides us with easier access to determine our HR needs and take appropriate disciplinary action if necessary. The reports it generates also assist us with payroll and job costs.

Cons

From a management perspective, there is nothing to dislike about this software. Even though some employees may not be satisfied. Occasionally, there may be updates or problems preventing punching or logging in but this is rare and expected.

Pros

With hourly earning employees both in store and in the field, payroll can be a tedious and time consuming task for our business. Clockineasy automates the process of collecting accurate time, verifying it and sending it to our payroll processor. It has saved us a tremendous amount of time and improved payroll accuracy, resulting in cost savings.

Cons

Initially, I wasn't fond of the mandatory face recognition for everyone but now they made it optional which is a positive change.

Pros

Those who are using it know but let me tell it too that this software simplifies the daily headache of managing timesheets. More importantly, it provides me with valuable information about job costs allowing me to better manage my employees. Hiring during busy periods can be challenging due to high salaries, so it's crucial for me to run the company as efficiently as possible. Clockineasy helps us avoid unnecessary overtime.

Cons

So far, I have no complaints.

At our company, this software is the best and bring ease. Instead of dealing with a frustrating fingerprint machine that hardly works I can simply use the app on my phone to clock in. It is also user-friendly for checking my own hours ensuring I know exactly how much I will be paid.

It provides a sense to my workers that someone is watching so they need to be on time. This is something I like as I do not have to be there all the time to keep an eye on each and everyone.

It doesn't offer different languages, making it difficult for workers who don't read or speak English (or claim they can't use it). I want to eliminate excuses.

“This service is vital to my business. I love it!

It is not at all complex. All of my employees have flexible schedules with varying hours. Printing out bi-weekly reports allows me to know EXACTLY who worked for how many hours. This has resulted in substantial cost savings. It's especially helpful when I'm traveling for business and can't personally oversee my team. I love it, and it's become indispensable to my work!

Cons

All the minor cons I had with the app were resolved in the latest version. The reporting feature is now excellent!

What I appreciate the most is that I don't need to invest in expensive hardware for my employees to clock in and out. Everything is easily accessible on my phone or computer.

Over the years, we have tried various methods for time and attendance but ClockInEasy has been the easiest for our employees to use and set up. Our management team loves the reporting features, which greatly assist with job costing. The customer service has been consistently helpful, and we truly appreciate it.

Clockineasy has made everything incredibly convenient since we started using it over a year ago. Their service is exceptional always providing quick responses.

It would be beneficial to have a constant tracking feature since we provide company phones to the employees.

The name says it all. ClockInEasy lives up to its simplicity. It's also more budget-friendly compared to ADP or those complicated "Plug-N-Play" devices at Staples. As a pharmacy owner it allows me to monitor my courier drivers timesheets and their geographical location. It saves a lot of time, especially when managing five or more employees.

Cons

If only I had known about ClockInEasy earlier... I wasted a significant amount of money on expensive and outdated software and hardware.

Editing the projects was a slight challenge but the ClockInEasy team promptly set up every project for us upon our request. That is what we call a exceptional customer service.
