“great onboarding and excellent help
Pros
As newcomers to Coast who are only just beginning to use the platform, we were initially swamped by the volume of tasks on our plate with only a handful of staff to handle them and that made the prospect of adopting yet another software tool--albeit one we urgently needed--feel daunting, however, the Coast team has significantly eased that transition for us through consistently clear, timely communication and customer support that feels both highly knowledgeable and genuinely helpful which has turned onboarding into an experience that far exceeded our expectations and stood in stark contrast to other software implementations weve been through (excluding maintenance systems) making what could have been a stressful undertaking surprisingly easy and even enjoyable and because of that were really enthusiastic about the potential for this system to substantially cut down on our workload while simultaneously improving the experience for our guests.
Cons
We have not run into any problems yet up to this point everything has been running smoothly and has been excellent.

The digital platform extremely easy to use with an interactive interface that made accomplishing tasks quick and simple.
Cons
Initially I found the setup process somewhat confusing because it was unclear whether I needed to register with a phone number or an email address and only after that point was clarified did I come across no further problems completing the setup.

Pros
I find the software remarkably easy to use and the functional aspects are quick to learn because everything is organized so interactively and furthermore I consistently receive exceptional technical and customer support when I need assistance.
Cons
I see several areas where enhancements could be made particularly by introducing a dedicated menu that would assist me in designing and generating customer reports more efficiently.

“A one stop shop for facility needs
Pros
What I like most is that it serves as a single comprehensive hub covering all of my facilities management needs saving me from juggling multiple tools.
Cons
I haven't identified any major flaws yet though if I were to nitpick I'd prefer the 'title' field for incoming work orders to use a larger, more prominent font and to stand out more clearly, similar to how the 'update status' button below it is presented one of my team members who otherwise manages the platform competently still struggles with quickly discerning which work order is which due to that subdued title display.

“Improved our team management and costs
Pros
Using Coast we've greatly enhanced our capacity to oversee our team, coordinate repair schedules, monitor building maintenance expenditures, centralize company information into a single location and broadly increase our operational efficiency, the platform has become essential for streamlining these tasks. The Coast team was instrumental in onboarding us and in designing workspaces to align with our specific needs. Their people are professional, kind and consistently helpful and I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough.
Cons
Frankly I haven't come across ed any shortcomings with the app and in my experience it represents a dramatic, night-and-day upgrade compared to the system we relied on previously providing a noticeably smoother workflow and far better results.

Pros
I feel like it offers near-limitless options to tailor a collaborative workspace for our team, having every piece of information consolidated in a single location is convenient and I believe it will improve how we communicate as a group.
Cons
For me the initial setup felt somewhat difficult and required patience to figure out how to create things properly. Despite that the process has been progressing satisfactorily so far.

As a growing start-up with more than 100 locations nationwide, I have relied on Coast to be instrumental in helping us both define and build powerful data systems for our facilities management program and because the implementation and leadership team remain extremely hands-on and consistently willing to step in to help us achieve our objectives I would strongly recommend Coast to any facilities leader seeking to impose structure and order on their management program.
Cons
Have not come across ed any problems with either the software or the team throughout the implementation process every person involved has been highly supportive and responsive which made onboarding much smoother than I expected.

I find the product to be thoughtfully engineered and easy to navigate delivering an interactively organized interface that reduced our learning curve, it surpassed our expectations and the customer support team has been outstanding in responsiveness and expertise. Our agency plans to progressively broaden our adoption of the various capabilities included in the solution and even colleagues who are not tech-savvy adapted quickly because the platform is optimized for smartphone use it has noticeably increased our operational efficiency.
Cons
I have not come across any drawbacks to date and when I asked for a bespoke reporting feature the team delivered it within a week meeting my requirements promptly.

Our maintenance team now has access to a wide array of features and by relying on this application we've become significantly better at organizing workflows, coordinating schedules managing preventive maintenance tasks and handling other related responsibilities.
Cons
I'd like the closed work orders to automatically fall off the active list or be archived because currently they remain displayed and I constantly need to apply filters to exclude them which interrupts my workflow.
