I've found Coast to be invaluable for monitoring our gym's equipment upkeep because it lets me assign repair or inspection tasks to technicians immediately when a treadmill or strength-training machine signals the need for attention and its detailed asset history enables us to spot patterns in recurring faults while preventive maintenance alerts help keep the equipment safe for members and the mobile application shortens response time by allowing me to update and close out assignments right from the workout floor.
Cons
Although we benefit from most features we sometimes notice a slight delay when scanning QR codes at the busiest times and I would appreciate greater flexibility in customizing the dashboard layout, together with a broader library of fitness-focused templates to cover different equipment types plus more granular technician performance reports that provide deeper insight into individual response times and work quality.
