Excellent for internal usage and clients

Pros

Having everything in one place is great. The best was setting up rooms where we could collaborate with our clients simply by inviting them to the room. Docs, tasks, etc. We are all on the same page.

Cons

While there are some areas of usability that could be improved, I have found that the team behind the software is highly responsive to user feedback. Often, when I provide comments or suggestions for enhancements, they swiftly incorporate them into the system. It's impressive to see how quickly they address user concerns and implement changes, making the overall user experience more seamless and efficient.
