My payments are totally taken care of by Elorus
Pros

The best thing Elorus has going for it is its ease of use. I am not a very technical person, and even I had no difficulty learning and operating the software. If there was any issue I faced, the customer service was extremely helpful and cooperative. Elorus makes the entire billing and invoicing process very simple and even enjoyable. I appreciate that I have complete control over the invoices and can customize anything I like. Time tracking is an added bonus that is very useful when I have (on rare occasions) to charge on an hourly basis.

Cons

Pricing is not something I particularly like about it. Elorus gives you multiple options to deal with your bills, invoices, and timesheets effectively but charges you dearly for them. Getting the premium version is even more expensive, but the damage is somewhat lessened when I can add extra users for about a fraction of the price. It also lacks a mobile version, which I would have liked for added convenience. It would have made remote access much easier. Im currently restricted to my desktop in order to operate Elorus.

Intuitive and efficient billing software
Pros

I cannot stop praising how well-built Elorus is as a billing solution. We depend on it for quick invoicing and accurate bills. Everything I need to generate invoices is right here, and all the features are tightly integrated with each other. Accessing one feature from within another is very intuitive, and the UI is silky smooth. I am quite fond of the customer service, especially that I am not forced to call them and can just leave a text in the integrated chat system to get an answer. The team is focused on solving your problems quickly and effectively.

Cons

I have been using Excel for my data management, but Elorus shows more promise. I would love to leave Excel behind only if Elorus had better statistics and graphs and allowed me to generate reports for any time period, not just the last year. Excel has its own perks, but Elorus helps visualize the data, which attracts me the most.

Elorus makes complex workflows simple
Pros

Elorus is one of the most beloved pieces of software in our company. Users appreciate the ease of use and the fact that they could learn Elorus with little effort. Pricing may not be for everyone, but we love that we can select the features we want and pay a small fee monthly rather than paying a huge sum upfront and getting stuck for a year. The layout is carefully designed and has all the features we usually utilize on the front screen. I appreciate the level of control I have and that incoming payments can be managed so easily with Elorus. It has many useful features like reminders for unpaid invoices, timesheets, billing, and much more!

Cons

I do have some suggestions that I think would make it even more reliable and a solid option to consider. When dealing with an old client (who has given you another project), I would love to be able to see a history of past estimates, expenses, and bills associated with their contact information. This would help me quote more confidently since I would know exactly what I quoted last time and what was finalized. It would definitely be a great addition.

Solid billing and invoicing solution
Pros

Elorus was relatively easy to learn (considering the amount of features it has), and I was able to adapt it to meet our company’s requirements. It has helped me organize our workflow better and actually reduce how long it takes to complete our monthly billing and invoicing cycle. We successfully manage the payment cycle of our invoices with its automated notifications regarding invoice due dates. I found the customer service to be very active and helpful when it came to technical problems. We are glad that our company switched to Elorus. It looks very modern, with a clean UI and tons of features that just keep improving.

Cons

I would love it if they reduced the transaction fees and maybe added a cheaper credit card gateway that would replace the current one. The software itself is quite expensive, and it has a subscription-only system that incurs monthly charges. A one-time fee would have been more acceptable to the higher management.
