Everhour's detailed reporting provides clear, actionable insights into how time is spent and tracks our team's efficiency, helping us maximize our resources. Integrating it with our project management tools creates a more organized workflow, keeping tasks and timelines running smoothly.

Cons

For my workflow it covers time tracking well but I frequently rely on extra software to handle full project management capabilities like planning, task dependencies or advanced resource allocation that aren't included out of the box.

“A great tool for generating reports and tracing code

Pros

As a user of Everhour I find it to be a great tool. With the addon feature I can easily generate reports of my tasks from start to end enabling me to keep a record of my work and share it with my team. The history feature is also invaluable as it allows me to trace my code effectively.

Cons

In terms of improvements I believe it would be beneficial to have all my work consolidated within Everhour. Currently I use the addon in Asana for my tasks and while it works well having everything within Everhour would provide even greater convenience.

“Excellent integration with ClickUp

Pros

Everhour's integration with ClickUp has been exceptional. I have used Everhour both as a standalone tool and integrated with Asana and ClickUp and it has proven to be the best time tracking platform I've used. The integration with ClickUp was seamless and easy to set up and the immediate syncing between the platforms is impressive. Additionally the flexibility of the reporting and the various methods available for adding time to daily tasks are highly appreciated.

Cons

There are a few minor issues that I have noticed. For example sharing reports can sometimes be challenging and when I move tasks between projects in ClickUp they occasionally become orphaned in Everhour. However these are relatively minor inconveniences that do not significantly impact the overall positive experience.

“An efficient solution for time tracking!

Pros

The Asana integration is such a blessing. For example, I can retrieve a summary of the main tasks timing for sub-tasks using the integration. We are using time predictions compared to actual time worked to determine our capacity planning. The tools and interface combined give a fun and intuitive user experience.

Cons

I would prefer the ability to view and categorize task timelines by the time of day but I get a total amount instead. We used to love the Toggl browser integration but they removed it. However, the Asana integration more than makes up for it.

Pros

Everhour is an incredibly helpful time-tracking tool that lets me keep track of my billable hours and generate invoices for my job. I work on deadlines due to the nature of my job, so I have to track even the smallest amount of time. And every hour works flawlessly for that!

Cons

Granted, I work when I have an internet connection, but there are times when I have a last-minute edit in mind when Im on the go. That’s where Everhour’s one issue highlights itself: it lacks offline access.
