Pros
Ive been using Evernote Teams for a few months now and it has really helped our team collaborate more effectively. Evernote Space allows me to easily share notes, images, and documents with my team members and the task management tools are great for keeping projects on track. Additionally, the search function is really useful for quickly finding what I need.
Cons
My only problem with Evernote is that the software has limited space for free users and you need to upgrade in order to get more. Also, the mobile app could use a few improvements such as increasing the speed of loading notes.

I started using Evernote a few months ago and Im really impressed with how easy it is to use and keep track of tasks. The feature that caught my eye was the ability to sync my notes across all devices, which makes it really convenient to carry around what I need. It also has plenty of features like tags and calendars that help me stay organized.
Cons
The free version is a bit limited in terms of features so if youre looking for more advanced options, youll have to upgrade. Additionally, the mobile app could use a few improvements. Despite these cons, I would still recommend Evernote for its great organizational capabilities.

Evernote is a great tool that helps me stay organized and productive. I love being able to quickly access my notes from any device and the search function is really helpful for finding what I need when Im in a hurry. The ability to share notes and collaborate with others has been really useful for our team.
Cons
The pricing is a bit high, especially for small businesses. Additionally, I wish the mobile app was a bit more robust so that it could be used without connectivity when needed. Overall, though, Evernote is an awesome tool for productivity and organization.

I started using Evernote for my business primarily for note-taking and have found it to be very helpful in organizing notes and ideas. Before, I used to struggle with remembering which notes I had taken and where they were, but Evernote has really made it easier for me to keep track of what I need.
Cons
The mobile app is somewhat slow at times and can be a bit buggy. There are some features that could be improved as well, such as the search feature as it doesnt always seem to be accurate. Additionally, the paid plans are a bit expensive for small businesses.

Evernote is a fantastic software for storing and archiving large amounts of data, and it allows us to effortlessly create notes on that data. Our team members find it quite straightforward to navigate the app. The software is simple to use for the majority of individuals. Because of the smooth user experience and design, even complicated functionalities are simple to comprehend. The software even allows us to easily save and mark online pages.
Cons
Although the cloud solution has many advantages, some thought should be paid to enabling flexibility for offline use because it is quite difficult to access appropriate functionality while offline. We are unable to sync with other devices while offline, which is really inconvenient. The software is quite expensive, and it is not practical for small businesses to use. The system does not have a Kanban board, which is somewhat disappointing. Additionally, the project and task management functions can be improved.

Even for inexperienced users like us, Evernote makes note sharing and collaboration across platforms simple and quick. As a result, effective group work and cooperation in the learning environment are possible. It is also very simple to share files among team members. We may make the project visually appealing by using a range of formats, fonts, and colors. With the option to add categories, notebooks, and shortcuts, we can easily discover what we need for project management and organizing.
Cons
The software provides limited templates for us to choose from, which makes the new task creation time tedious. Integration of drawings and pictures needs improvement. We cannot make tags for single lines in a notebook; it can be done only for the entire notebook, and this function wastes our time as we need to read the entire manuscript to identify a specific line. The customer support is extremely slow. Whenever we encountered a technical problem, we had to wait for a long time for the technical support team to get back to us.

Evernote is excellent to use on a desktop, but I think the ability to compose notes, create calendars, and create tasks on a mobile device and then share and update them whenever I want is Evernotes strongest feature. Its where I keep info that I might need at some point. The biggest advantage of utilizing Evernote is that all my data is secured with a password for added protection. Even though there are several services and apps similar to Evernote, it’s one of the first to achieve scalability, which is why I like it. It has an easy-to-use design and a plethora of useful features, such as real-time note synchronization.
Cons
It’s great that I can have a personal to-do list attached with the notes, but it needs some improvements. For example, if I check an item upon completion, it is marked with a strikethrough line, whereas I would prefer it to disappear or be moved to the bottom at least. I believe it is currently not at its best. Also, you cannot apply tags to specific text quotes. If the report is extensive, it can only correlate tags with a document, which is inconvenient because I have to navigate the full paper to find the information I need.

I like everything Evernote has to offer. I love the features like the ability to write and update notes from numerous devices with a single account. The most useful features that I found are the ability to add tags, assign tasks, remind others, and offer mobile access, which has made me and my team more productive. In comparison to other similar softwares, the reflection time, or time required to update data on other devices, is practically non-existent. It has a great UI which is so sleek and smooth that I occasionally just roam around doing nothing.
Cons
The only issue I have faced while using Evernote is when two or more people are editing the same document. Evernote actually makes a copy of it and does not update at the same time. It keeps them as separate copies and one might not be updated. The software team should investigate and correct the problem. However, this is a very small issue for us and we can surely work around it.

Pros
Not only did Easy Projects fit all of our requirements, but they are constantly inventing and enhancing the platform, making it better as time passes. Were still in the implementation stages, but Im impressed with how much work, attention to detail, and care theyve put into the process, and I have no doubt the ultimate result will be absolutely great. Their patience with our ever-changing requirements should be lauded in and of itself.
Cons
The save feature was disabled in a recent update. It has become increasingly difficult to export my files and papers via the app. Too many notifications irritate me. They should adjust the default option so that only important notifications are sent to users. Because there are so many notifications, the major updates often go ignored. I have no other issues with the software; I just want them to address these and remove them as soon as possible. And also, I want them to keep improving the software and adding more features to it.

Evernote is a fantastic piece of software that simplifies notetaking, project planning, and project administration. We can quickly move between projects since the software is very simple to use and understand. very elegant and simple to operate and personalize. Evernotes OCR (optical character recognition) capability scans photos we take, allowing its sophisticated search tool to identify material on scanned documents and even pictures. The software also has excellent collaboration tools, allowing us to quickly cooperate with other platforms. Even the subscription prices are extremely reasonable for this amazing solution.
Cons
The software upgrades are a little sluggish; we have to wait a long time to add new market features. And, on occasion, new updates alter the appearance of the dashboard and notes, which is rather inconvenient. Furthermore, the spell-checker tool is outdated. And it doesnt always catch errors, which causes a lot of problems with crucial papers. This programs file format cannot be read by other software, and if we need to share the notes with our team, they must also have this application for it to operate.

It is the ideal personal digital notebook and is essentially designed as a collection of notebooks, allowing you to organize and record whatever you need to. Evernote comes in handy when you need to quickly jot down ideas and concepts that you need to refer to later. And since it is cloud-based, all my work is available to be continued from whatever device I want.
Cons
I cannot actually say that it’s a con, but the notes section bugs me a lot. It forces you to name a note right away, and sometimes Ill start writing my comment and then realize Im in the Name box. Both the desktop version and the mobile app have this issue.

I have been creating beautiful, easy-to-read notes that have helped me streamline my work for years now. Evernote gives you a variety of graphical, stylistic, and formatting options, which makes it especially appealing to students. They can collaborate with each other and share class notes, which promotes teamwork in the classroom.
Cons
I personally use the Outlook plugin to manage my attachments, but it typically "chooses" to ignore the Evernote file type, which needs to be looked into. Homescreen customization has not been made easy, which kind of forces you to stick with what’s already there.

It is great if you have to save something for a long time since the database it offers is practically unlimited, and whatever is there, its there for good. The only sort of limit it comes with is the monthly upload capacity, which is itself so huge that you won’t ever notice it. I was able to thoroughly scan every document and photo in my home within one month, and I wasnt even near exceeding the limit. Almost all the platforms are covered by Evernote except Linux, which wasnt a concern for me, and there’s a very decent online app. Whatever you need to do can be done on any of the platforms available.
Cons
However, the apps available on each platform can differ significantly in some places. For example, a certain note that can be edited with a picture won’t have the same layout on the mobile app. I have felt that their focus is on the desktop version, which provides a completely distinct experience from the web application (which we use the most). And the mobile app falls somewhere in the middle, which is to be anticipated. If I dont properly rename scanned documents using the mobile app, they get auto-named and get lost somewhere in the list of files you have. Then, good luck finding it.
